I thought he played it safe for the most part, which I'm okay with at this point. I enjoyed seeing the amount of pressure he applied when SOU was on the ball.

Barkley, Davies, and then Rom for me. Valencia played very well also.

That's probably the best game I've watched this season. Davies played it simple (necessarily), and he has the legs to pressure the opposition when they're on the ball. Barkley looked excellent and Lukaku held up play well. Valencia coming on late was crucial. He really added that extra spark to push the team on. Plenty of energy from all and a much-deserved win. Very happy!

I would love Sigurdsson. I don't think it would ever happen, but he's silky smooth with the ball at his feet. ...and he takes some damn good set pieces.

I'm not convinced by Berahino and don't think he's the type of striker we need right now. We need a hard-working playmaker type, in my opinion. Where do we find that? I don't know -- Gabbiadini seems to fit the bill though.

I agree. I hate how they are just supposed to not do that stuff because they're athletes. These are grown adults who can make their own decisions.
