Ha I can’t tbh because I don’t like the brickwork at all, I wanted none of that factory look even though I knew it was inevitable. 
One thing I do know for sure though, once I’m there about to go into our new home for the first time I will fall in love with the place. 

I’ve seen a couple of these kinda promos in the last 12 months of what the idea is, and found out quickly that functionality won at the cost of esthetics. All the greenfield projects I’ve been a part of have worked well, but looked bland. 
But I’m just knee jerking. After so much anticipation and other things going on... I just hope I’m wrong.

It looks like it in the video. Parts would be real brickwork (ie the presumed hotels etc) but most would be panels. Might just be shite visuals, but panels say fake to me

It’s never going to please everyone but I think it’s looks fucking top drawer. Just showed my stepdad who brought me up as a blue at four years old. He’s 75 in bad health through MS and he thought it was amazing and then said shame I won’t see it. This is the first draft, we have to remember what else will be built around it. Hotels, retail, ferry terminal. It really is the dream boys and girls.

Denise says the legacy proposal is a £100m civic inheritance project that will build on the existing facilities in the shadow of Goodison Park, including The Everton Free School, The People's Hub, The Blue Base and planned People's Place.
The site of Goodison Park will be "transformed" to include new homes "developed under a scheme that would explore new ways to make them available to residents who, otherwise, may never [be] able to afford their own homes."
The plans also include a health zone, education zone, sheltered accommodation, leisure and retail facilities, and a tribute garden to feature the existing centre circle and other areas of the Goodison pitch. 
"There will always be somewhere where Evertonians can take children and grandchildren to share their Goodison memories,' says Denise to widespread applause.
Keeping the centre circle is a great idea!

I'd bet a fairly large fortune he won't be announced as our player of the season next May, be it joint or individually. Selling our best players isn't the way to progress.

Bags of experience. Versatile in his positions. Appears to still have some hunger. Knows how to win. Been surrounded by pure quality in every department for a number of seasons.
Not every signing can be Champagne Bubbly. Some signings just form part of a broader vision for shaping the squad.

To be fair, Palfy has given credit where credits due for a few months now. Or, at least, knew when to quit flogging a dead horse (Pete, I know, I know... a dead horse would be better than Gana)

I know it is mate, and for the record Pete says a lot of good stuff that keeps the debating alive good poster. 

Yeah, he deserves credit there too. It’s not a 1 man recruitment show, it’s a team effort behind the scenes. 

The facts are we've gone backwards since Moyes left. Martinez was a massive disappointment after a fabulous first season, Koeman an absolute disaster after a strong second half to his first season. We really need to hope that pattern doesn't continue, otherwise we're facing the start of another cycle, another three, four years away from where we want to be. Top 6/Europe this season could have been another false dawn. Silva has seen the size of the job in hand, he's faced the backlash from the fans when we play shite, he's stuck to his principles and made another pretty bleak season end with some promise. There is serious work to do with the squad as we have nowhere near enough depth in quality, but with the best youth system in the country at present and a DoF who has shown already he can be pretty shrewd about how he deals for top talent, I'm confident Silva will have us make a real tilt at the top 6 next season. 

Shown determination....  had a massive and quite alarming dip.  The saying "Will get worse before it gets better" springs to mind.
Have to give him huge credit for the turnaround and our ability to give the better sides a game.
