Really couldn't believe how little we showed at times, though luckypool without Gerrard didn't either. When you think we had to bring on two teenages and VDM!.....It just shows how we are stretched. Gosling will score goals from midfield which is nice The reds certainly parked the bus at times, and were playing for penalties <_< Defence really good, Cahill passion! Gosling and Rodwell old heads on young shoulders. God some of those players need a rest.....not a battle against Bolton. OH let's worry about that come the weekend, PROUD OF THE BLUES TONIGHT! Derby's of that ilk are never for the purist they are what they are a true Merseyside derby with each side giving it their all for as long as it takes. Despite us facing a fine for having five bookings I thought for once Wiley had quite a good match for him. The faces on all those young blues watching such an encounter said it all, they'll be blues for life. Whilst our season takes on the chance of a visit to a cup final for once spare a thought for all those reds who tonight saw their beloved skipper crocked, the super Spaniard get lost in Jags arse pocket and a bench so bereft of talent and passion that the Manc's can be heard singing their heads off down the M62, IMO their season went tits up tonight. To put it mildly I was made up that they didn't have Keane to bring on, nice one Mr Bitternez. Has anyone seen any post match comments from lard ridden Onion?
