GoodisonRoad
Bought the whole pre-season package. Shocking streaming and we are only 10 mins in. Good to see Vellios get a run out
Romey 1878
Naismith still being used out wide... Christ.
Steve_E
1-0 Austria. Bad pass Jagielka put an Austria player in on goal.

GoodisonRoad
Can see already our range of passing is far more expansive. Which should be exciting Sloppy from Jags. 1-0 they've not been in it, yet lead 1-
Romey 1878
1-0 Austria. Bad pass Jagielka put an Austria player in on goal. That's Jags' card marked with Martinez then .
Steve_E
Could have been 2-0 here. And Duffy got outpaced here, Distin would have caught up with that player.

chicagoblue
Well we're definitely going to be passing out of the back this year. Going to be an adjustment for the lads.
Aidan
Why is browning starting this game?
Zoo
BRING MOYES BACK! Seriously though I'm not watching the game so I've no idea how we are doing. I'd love to see us win but these friendlies mean nothing, we just need to get our fitness to the levels it should be and hopefully pick up results in the back end of the pre-season. I'd love Vellios to bag a few and get a run in the first-team. PS - How is Joel doing?
Steve_E
Why is browning starting this game? Coleman and Stones aren't with the squad yet.
GoodisonRoad
Why is browning starting this game? Why not? Joel's been alright Zoo. Made a good save 1 on 1 and caught a corner well, couldn't do anything about the goal though. Zoo
Zoo
Why is browning starting this game? Why not? It's a meaningless friendly and the sooner the youth are tested to sooner we can play games with a team that can realistically play together in the Premier League. Edit: Thanks GR, the goal sounds like a howler from Jags. The fact that Joel is playing leads me to believe that he's our first-keeper. I know Howard will probably play against Accrington but I'm convinced that Martinez sees Joel as the number one. Aidan
I was just curious as I would have thought stones would have been starting instead. I dont think I've ever seen browning play before.

Zoo
People calling for Martinez to be sacked because we're 1-0 down to Vienna - wankers . Edit: Didn't know that. My point still stands though, I think Joel is our number one. Edited July 14, 2013 by Zoo Aidan
