£3m spend to get both Cork and Colback, yes please. Both good squad players and both have potential to kick on a level. If they don't then no harm done and can recoup far more than was spent on them

Its good we're are being linked with so many CM's, they're the positions you need as much cover as possible for if you want to go on decent domestic and european cup runs as well as still doing well in the league.

Was looking at a Saints forum before and they rate this lad really highly. A few were pissed that he got dropped for Wanyama last week. Cant see them letting him go on the cheap but i would like him here.

I really don't see how he'd be available though? If if were them I'd rather keep him for another season rather than sell him for the grand total of £3m.

 

And he'll probably end up signing a new deal there anyway.

Agreed. Today he's played very like a younger Barry and looks like he could play that role well.
