He completely dictates the tempo of the game and he keeps constant pressure on the opposition. Man Utd were bonkers to let him go, Mourinho is a plonker. Their loss is a massive gain for us. Bailey Posted April 9, 2017 Report Share Posted April 9, 2017 Well that was an exciting first half. Mirallas, Davies and Jags have been superb. Rom, Schneiderlin, Barkley, Holgate, Gana and Baines are chipping away and playing well. Pennington was caught out early, he lacks confidence, but since then he has been really good as well. Schneiderlin needs to have a word with himself for the first, should have never committed and left us 3 v 2. Robles also shouldn't have left the room between his legs. Not sure what to make of the second goal. Pennington was indecisive and the free kick was a bit of a freak. If anything Robles starting position wasn't too much on his line, he should have been a yard off in my opinion. Once the free kick is struck from his starting position he couldn't have saved it, it was bang in the corner. If he was a yard off he would have had a better chance. We are playing really well though, Schneiderlin having a big impact on controlling the game. We just need to get another and see this out. The problem we have is that Lukaku's hold up play is poor so it just keeps coming back It's actually been ok today. Overall that side of his game has been fine. Davies performance got worse the longer the game went on, the rest more or less maintained where they were. Pennington showed he is much more suited to a back 4.
