I'll be pissed off if this happens. If Man Utd want him so badly we should sell him for 30 million minimum. Bought him for 15 million and he's proven in the PL now. He'll walk into any midfield in the league and we will let him go for 20 million rising to 24? Fuck off. If they're not interested in offering us more money for him, fine. He stays. I'm sure Martinez will find a way to play our best midfielder somewhere.

Not worried about the performance, early days and we did control most of the match despite not creating many clear cut chances. We couldn't get into good positions up front really and the passing was a bit too slow for my liking. We also rarely tried to do things differently which was annoying. Hopefully Martinez is capable of adapting our team's short passing game when needed. I was more disappointed about the atmosphere tbh, it was like a morgue after all the buzz around the place pre kick-off. It was like everyone was waiting for the first goal, but it was quite poor for a new manager's first competitive home match. I was hopeful we'd carry the atmosphere of Moyes' last game into this one.

The closer we get to the end of the transfer window the more worried I get. The "sell Felli on the last day, fail to bring in a replacement" scenario cannot be ruled out yet.

My tickets for the WBA match never arrived through the post. I phoned the box office and they told me they'll just reprint them for me on the day. I'm a bit stressed as this has never happened before, they're usually here after a couple of days. Have some friends over to go watch the match as well. Anyone had this happen before?
