Fearthainn reacted to Hafnia in Leroy Fer
Sky sports update: Harry Redknapp has just been interviewed with his head out of his Range Rover window
"Really am surprised he's not coming to us today, I need to work on my scouts - Henry Winter, David Maddocks, Oliver Holt, they have got alot of answering to do. They are usually good boys, really they usually are, they normally let me know who Everton are interested in signing, I then go to their agent, sort out a sweetner, stick them on daft wages and bingo they come to the club and £100k goes to my dog from the inflated signing on fee.
He's a good boy is... whats his name again?, Fer? yeah he's a top top player"

Fearthainn reacted to Avinalaff in David Moyes - sign or go ?
When have we been a 'mid table' side?
The only teams to finish above us 'regularly' are the big money sides. Everton are better than every other team, some of which have a few quid. When we are all fit, and have a midfielder in the team, we have regularly been compared to Barcelona, and play some of the best football in the league, so it's not as if Moyes doesn't know how to play football. However, opinions are just that, so I won't tell you that you are wrong, even if I think it's a little narrow minded regarding the bigger picture.

Can't drop points against WBA and Villa. But then again we couldn't drop points against Southampton and Swansea either. We'll probably start recording wins consistently when 4th is out of sight.

I'd rather have Donovan on the right than Naismith...

I thought Felli just pipped it ahead of Vic and Howard, everybody else was absolutely Naismith

Well I was informed that a rat was found at Anfield....................it's been agreed that the players and staff of liverpool fc will wear tee-shirts in support of the rat at their next home game.

Fearthainn reacted to Avinalaff in Marouane Fellaini
Remember ....... this is a site that welcomes fans of all clubs, but it is an Everton fan site first and foremost.
As much as you get a buzz from enjoying our club, and that also of other clubs, your emotions are probably not too troubled by whether Everton win or Chelsea win, or whether Fellaini stays here or goes to Chelsea,
Everton fans on the other hand support their team with all their heart, and as much as we have a little soft spot for almost 'all' other clubs, as sport fans, we really don't have soft spots for the Sky teams, or the billionaire owned teams, as it is their money and investment which prevents our own club, and many like us from having a fair environment in which to compete.
When you think how close we are to breaking into the top 4 places this season, and then have those rich twats attempt to dismantle our team before our eyes, you can imagine we would have little patience for Chelsea fans coming on to our forum winding us up, but at least they would be Chelsea fans, and not European fans who half like them, and half like someboddy else, so they know what it feels like to experience defeat against us, not to mention their own highs and lows.
Can you imagine then, how niggly it is, to have a Belgium lad with no roots to our club, telling us how great Fellaini is, and how much better he is than any other player in our team, at the exact same time he is linked with a transfer.
Can you also imagine how niggly it is for that Belgium lad to be a Chelsea fan too ?
It reminds me of the ship in a force 10 gale, when all are puking their guts out except one guy, who is laughing, and whistling, and loving the splash of the waves.
That is why you get negative responses, and that is why you need to be a little bit tactful while all this shit is going on.

Again, the little veiled digs.
Everybody in our team has their own jobs, and the majority of them do their jobs very well. I get fed up of people thinking our team has just 2 players, and that those 2 players are the only ones who perform.
Let me tell you that we were finishing in a high league position every year before Fellaini arrived, and we'll do so again if he goes. Individuals do not make teams. Everton play as a team, and that is why we are a good side.
Everton developed Fellaini. Fellaini did not develop Everton.

Fearthainn reacted to Hafnia in Marouane Fellaini
4th official says it was at £30m - for that I would be content as long as Moyes has been preparing for this happening, by that I mean a midfield dynamo who can dominate in a patrick viera fashion.
I am optimistic felli can be replaced, every year a team unearths a defensive midfield gem from nowhere. These players aren't as snazzy and stand out like your hazzards, mata's, van persies.
I trust in our scouting network so lets see what happens. I think Chelsea is where Felli is going, it makes sense.

Fearthainn reacted to Shukes in Ross Barkley
I am a bit upset that he didnt get a minute last night, and if i am honest....a bit worried. Seeing moyes comments that he needs to mature more too.
I think a mature young star could understand that he needs to take his time. But i worry that Barkley will not take his more than limited chances too well and feel that he needs a fresh start.
I was really expecting the boards to come up the second we hit 3....when it finally came up it was Naisy? then when the game was obviously won he gave Hitz a chance and left Barkley to sit and mope. i worry that Moyes is playing hardball with a young kid that is getting frustrated and thinks he deserves a game.
Personally i dont think he is anywhere near ready for the prem, but Moysey you need to send this kid out to enjoy himself. dont let him disapear into our reserves please.
I am not basing my thoughs on any rumours or anything though, just trying to understand whats happening.

Fearthainn reacted to Romey 1878 in When will Suarez be properly punished
I'd prefer his punishment to come in the form of one of the Mansfield players snapping him in half and putting him out for the rest of the season.

Against Swansea (maybe even Cheltenham) can we just not give them the ball at kick off and all get out of the way so they score?
Twenty points coming from behind this season....out of thirty-six....it's a no brainer.

Fearthainn reacted to Finn balor in Lewis Holtby
Only thing in our favour he is a blue, if we finish in the top four with a £50,000 a week there is no choice. If we finish in UEFA and not far off top four its a challenge for him. Get him to the training ground to meet the lads and get him to a game , hopefully he will be swayed. I agree its a deal we must pull all the stops out for.

He's been great for Moreirense from what I've seen of them this season. Sporting and Braga are rumoured to be extremely interested as well. I'd love to have him at Everton.

Fearthainn reacted to MikeO in Marouane Fellaini
Doesn't need to be yet.....he'll still be worth huge money (assuming he keeps playing the way he is) in summer 2014....after that we could maybe start worrying about the contract running down and his value reducing.
