I love Mikel Arteta :wub_anim: .
Excellent reaction from DM as well....virtually no celebration, like he knew it was going in (just like the days when Sheeds lined one up ).
I knew it was going in as well...but to be fair that's because of the delay on the stream....they reported the goal on "Final Score" before Mikky took it on my laptop .

TT legend, big part of the site's history, all round top bloke, forty-two today.
If you drop in for a look (which I see you did last month after the United game ) happy birthday mate....have a good day.
Hope your life is sorted. Come back soon .
Arteta
Cahill
Pienaar
Jagielka
Lescott (just shading Baines)
Fellaini & Heitinga may well break in....but they've not been here long enough to judge yet.
Haha...senior citizen moment :| .
A good moderator doesn't erase posts to avoid personal embarrassment....now where's that "delete" button .
Milky (along with all the new Blueroom mods) I believe had an interview and a criminal record check .
Shame TB was escorted off the premises by the big guys in dark glasses....he'd be taking every point of DM's ludicrous arguments apart item by item. Then we'd all know the truth.
I got asked. I wasn't here from the beginning but there must have been a team to start with, then as people disappear from time to time (into what's called "The TT Triangle" never to be seen again) Louis asks people who've been around a long time if they'd like to do it.
Only then do you get access to the secret parts of the site where the naked women hang out .
Happily be proved wrong .
Looking back at French performances in previous years spotted that Stade Reims actually played in the first ever European Cup final against Real Madrid in 1956 (losing 4-3) and again in '59 (losing 2-0).
Now they're in the Championnat National, the French third division. Bit of a come-down .
And the worst part is that everyone knew he was going to be shit, so it was just a question of waiting for him to screw it up to such an extent that Brian Barwick caught on.
Pleased that the French are guaranteed a place in the semis, they deserve it after their performances this year.
Inter, United, Barca and Lyon for me.
Another Barca/United final with the same outcome as last year .
Not at all....vast majority of ex England managers have their reputation intact.
Graham Taylor took a long time to get his back, Keegan never will and Revie was villified (rightly) for the manner of his departure but that's about it.
McClaren made us a laughing stock....was far, far more than that one goal against Croatia.
Still think Hamburg will win it....they've got (apologies to our Belgian members) a relatively easy route to the final. Having said that if Standard could beat them then they've got a very good chance of making it through.
Liverpool beating Benfica doesn't bear thinking about....but it'll probably happen .
Having a good season there mate.
But I'm afraid whatever that man does for the remainder of his career he'll still be a source of profound embarrassment for all Englishmen, from the moment he got the job to the moment (thankfully) he left. Everyone who knew anything about football in England (bar the people with the power to appoint) knew it was a disastrous mistake.
Glad he's doing well for you but for me he'll always be a figure of fun (specially with that accent).
