It's a release clause which they'll have set after he signed a five year contract extension, so he won't come on the cheap. They paid City £11m for him so I can't see it being less than £20m, bit higher if they get promoted.
I have a few bits, McLaren mostly, and for me the extra is worth paying for the quality. But that's as a single adult with only one grandson following the hallowed path, if I had to pay out for several I'd feel differently in all likelihood.
