Possibly, I just think that purchase was dumb. The thing about Brenda is he had them playing very well for a while and that 352 was really nice, but I guess the counter argument is it was Suarez countino sterling Gerard and less about Rodgers. I think he needs to coach another side to be truly judged. Like Sherwood did decent with Spurs but just couldn't do well with a lower side which to me says he's not a great manager.

Yeah Steve the fans in England are something else (in a bad way). Go listen to Steven Gerard he says I go out in la and no one cares. That's from a different thread. I constantly change my lineup based on injuries and "gut feelings". Earlier in the campaign I may have wanted to see Leandro when we were beating teams. But after recent results I'm being more pragmatic and saying go all in on league and FA cup and try and win them. for the record I'm not stubborn or set in my ways. I have opinions but if proven wrong more than happy to do so. I try to give people the benefit of of their opinion and see their side of things instead of just being hard headed all the time and not listening to them. Go read the BK thread I flip flopped sides on that for a long time, and probably still will as more and more Info comes to light. Change Is good is a mantra I've always lived by.

agreed. he is quality from atletico madrid and won the FA cup with wigan, he's still very young for a keeper and has a massive frame. i would like to see him start the rest of the year regardless.

sorry to clarify i'd like to see it but not this match. more end of campaign when we are in 11th with no hope for europe, last couple matches give it a go. robles stones jags/mori galloway coleman barry/mccarthy baines gerry barkley kone/mirallas lukaku less defending for coleman and baines could really reap us rewards in attack and the 3 CB are all so solid i think we'd be stout at the back.

years past i'd be worried but RM has us STACKED at CB. Jags, stones, mori, galloway, i'd be comfortable with any of them. love the depth. i think Mori will nip some goals, he out jumps everyone on the pitch, love his effort.

Retire early Tim and do us a favor. Enjoy the nbc gig and save us the trouble. Way past it and needs to be dropped. Agreed he should be 3rd CB now, perfect really with baines coming back. He can rotate in for cup matches and knocks and will still see first team time as baines gets fit.

Honestly I don't think he's diving he's just not strong at all. Slender little fellow needs to hit the weight room and bulk up a bit. Te premier league is physical. Ross had this problem his first year and now has learned he won't get those calls and I've noticed he doesn't do it anymore since it's a lost cause. I expect Gerry to be like that next campaign. Live and learn.
