Yes I've said it since RM suggested it, I would love it.

Dead wood for me is
Gibson, pienaar, Howard, Mcgeady, Atsu, Distin.
Barry is a good locker room guy and decent bench player and rotation guy, he can stay.

Newcastle 1 - 2 Everton
Lukaku

Expecting a win, Newcastle are shite and so is pardew. Here is what I think RM will put out
Robles
Coleman Alcaraz Distin Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mcgeady Naismith Osman/Pienaar
Lukaku
Subs - Kone, Besic

How will we be relegated when we bashed qpr 3-0? Not possible. For all the shit we play we can still beat some garbage teams. Stoke is decent this year, oh well. Don't think we'll be in a relegation battle, I will put some money on europa though. Remember we still have that and the FA cup.

Doesn't worry me, Arsene has never fancied him. Sent him on loan to every team other than arsenal and only till he tore the World Cup apart did he realize he couldn't loan him anymore.
Wenger loves glass wilshere, Nacho can't defend Monreal, wojech, yaya Ligue 2 sanogo, and countless others. I'm not sold on his talent appraisals.
-
Yes please I've been wanting him for a while. Pace for days and would pair nicely with mirallas on the wing.
-
Yes please sell him

For me its more that he tries to do it all himself rather than even look for the pass.
Right and I think that's why. It's so tight he can't make some of those tricky passes (rightfully so) so he just goes it alone. He looked way more of a team player when he sat deep because he could see the passes and made them. Didn't have to take it on himself if there was someone open.

It will be
Howard
Coleman jags stones Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mcgeady barkley mirallas
Naismith
If he actually decides to pull lukaku. Doubtful though. Probably be this lineup of he sticks with lukaku
Howard
Coleman jags stones Baines
McCarthy Barry
Barkley naisy Mirallas
Lukaku

I think the decision are easier to make sitting deeper. A lot clearer to see who's open and where to pass. When he's more advanced on the edge of the box its tight difficult passes and that's why he was up against the wall.

Merry Christmas all! I love this place. Hope everyone is able to spend time with loved ones.
-
he's got a what 4 or 5 year contract? until that's over we can't judge him yet, he ain't done.
-
Fair enough, but if one half of a partnership isn't working then neither is the partnership.
great point. i'd love mccarthy and barkley in there. attack!

O'Farrell is spot on again. C- Sums up the season grade

I agree that barkley should be the midfield maestro, he's brilliant. Maloney was for Wigan? I thought Jordi Gomez was their creative player.

Everton 2 - 1 Stoke

Illeism (google it, that's how I found out what it was called).
Someone on another forum I use is guilty of it and I really want to tell him how big a twat it makes him look, but it's much better mannered than this place so I need to hold back.
Looked it up and yeah markjazzbassist doesn't dig that ?

I still think they and hibs will be in the playoff with whoever from the prem is bottom. If they don't go up I think they could be finished, especially with all that debt.
-
Atsu's injured remember.
I didn't know that. We have mcgeady and a half fit pienaar, my gosh we have a lot of injuries. Call Matty Kennedy back, he didn't play at all the last match for hibs and isn't starting anymore and they keep winning so he's expendable there.
-
Would love Gerry back. Sell pienaar, gibson and someone else in jan and we should be alright.
-
I've been thinking, playing mcgeady on the left and atsu on the right with naisy acm and Ross sitting with besic, might have had the same result but at least people would be playing their proper posititions. Why get atsu if he sucks? Play the lad, let him come good. Same with mcgeady. Better than Ross and naisy on the wings.

Well put Romey and pad. Glad we are getting sensible about this.

Glad I missed this one as well. RM will surely have the pressure on him and the papers will be talking.
Glad Kone scored, made up for him and I've backed him since day one. Glad to hear Baines did decent in the midfield, love that.
