  1. not doubting his potential mate, just getting fed up with his showboating with no end product.

I hate this "I don't mind him making mistakes", "he's a footballing diamond". He has no pressure to learn from his mistakes and he's not learning. That's probably the most annoying thing - he knows he's a starter

Quick mention to Joel who kept us in the game. Can't blame him for the first but he made a vital save which BT sport quickly glossed over

others on here call that showboating as well. i really don't believe it is. he's just trying to make a play and moving the ball around. i doubt he's thinking "mirallas is open, but my woman is gonna think i'm slick if i just do this".

  2. only aaw the second half, and what I saw it was the usual "highlights" runs with no end product and too much faffing on the bal, and slowing possesion if not losing it.

Not all his fault, his manager is very much to blame for his form; not worried about mistakes, playing out wide. Play him properly and we will see the player we know is in there. Continue like this and we will end up stunting his growth

yeah he started out wide, but he was in the middle all night, first half he was excellent, second half he was still good. yes those runs are amazing! sure they don't have end product now, but he's 21. 90% of the premier league can't do that in their best form, and he can. he had a couple really great passes in the first half that would have been assists if Rom and Seamus had connected.

  3. matt i don't know what you're talking about, barkley was excellent today. some of those runs were amazing, and who else was driving the ball forward besides lukaku?

great match, wished we could've put that last corner in to win, but i'll take the draw and replay, we're still alive in the FA cup. hopefully this has turned the tide for the lads, we spent the majority of the match in their third attacking, so let's hope we get back to that against man city.

  4. Agreed mike. And I definately shoulder some blame to RM, bad tactics (I want the 433 back), rushing players back from injury to get injured again, and bad subs.

But I shoulder most of it to the players. Coleman in light of last season has been very pedestrian, Howard fell off so fast after the WC, jags was rusty for the first 12 matches or so, and distins finally past it. 4 of our back 5 is playing bad, Baines the only solid one. A healthy stones and firing jags, Robles playing for a spot or a new keeper, and Coleman re-finding defense could go A LONG WAY for us.

  5. I think its just players coming in

Then go answer your original question yes he will leave. No players coming in means they won't challenge for the title or CL and he will want out. Their administration is so shady, fired the sporting director, puyol left, etc. plus he has the tax fraud case, it's chelsea or man city and that's just scary.

Wish Nikica was still here to comment on this. They seem to be run by idiots. In financial crisis, had to get an emergency loan, a guy comes offering free money to own them (owns other sports teams that are very successful) and they say "no, not enough money". Beggars can't be choosers. I hope they miss the cut and stay in the championship, maybe ole Stubbs Hibs will make it up
