Any club...or business...being bought is with borrowed money. That's just business.
The whole business world works on borrowings and debt.
The concern is do 777 have the cash flow to keep us going while we build the stadium? Or, at least, have access to the cash needed.
That, I think, is the part the Premier League are trying to get 777 to prove.
I think most of the debt the club might be labelled as having, while scary as fuck to us 'normal' people, probs isn't too bad for the club....
Moshiris debt is interest free and paid back at a time to be agreed (I'm sure that's been stated?)
777 debt won't be debt, so long as they get the club 🙈
And a chunk of other debt is linked to a nice big shiny new stadium which, on paper, will prove a valuable asset to the business to offset a load of the debt on the accounts.
I think a spanner in the works for the football side of things is trying to balance PSR.
Non of its ideal. But...well...it's business unfortunately. I'm no expert and I won't pretend to know the facts, it's all too complicated for me...hence I view it in Laymans.

    Catching up.

The club has many expenses to cover, and the salaries of the everyday employees is not a big one. They will be fine.
If Moshiri stops paying people then his shares in the club really start to lose value, he’s not a good owner but he’s not a complete idiot.

Have we been in the situation of people not being paid have we been anywhere near it I doubt it all we have is negative press about our club.

I’m not for or against 777 but intrigued to know who these employees are that would suffer.
    not the millionaire footballers surely

I think some good recruitment will see us ok but we can't be wasting 30m on the likes of Beto we can't be making the same mistakes every window or we will never get out of the mess we are in.

They do still need replacing though. Those players being gone and not being replaced highlighted how threadbare our squad is in terms of numbers.
They may not be needed to be replaced position-wise, but we need the numbers there.

The time for us to sign Adams has passed unless we have a striker leaving.

I've not seen anything to suggest that would have potentially happened, did I miss something?
Once the sale was agreed in principle 777 put money in as part of the deal, that doesn't mean that if there was no buyer in place he'd have stopped paying the bills...as far as I'm aware anyway

I agree that 777 are showing commitment - and I generally have a glass half full view of new potential new owners.
But them putting the money in monthly must be part of this 'exclusivity' deal they have for buying it - the 'deal' was agreed back in September. By the sounds of it the reason the deal has not yet been ratified and then signed sealed and delivered is that 777 have not demonstated they have enough money available just yet to meet the rules of buying a PL club (fortunately rule which are there to protect us in the short term) - ball is in 777's court to sort there end out.
If 777 Partners couldn't find the money (to meet what I would think is contractually there obligation at the moment), then who's to say Moshiri would not have covered operating costs (if the 777 deal essencially collapses) - otherwise the administrators come it and a lot of people lose a lot a money - which is not going to happen based on all the things I have read. I am no Moshiri fan, but it's a little much calling him out and saying he would rather see his employees go without wages and their families suffer.
The fact this is all taking so long is purely 777's fault, for not having adequate funding in place to commit the best part of a £1Billion to buy a PL football club of Evertons size.

The country is corrupt all at the top are in it for themselves and couldn't give a fk about you or I
The super rich are sweeping up everything in front of them they are buying all the housing property to rent off even the gold and silver they want all us to be poor and dependent they are happy to have so many on benefits the system is paying the rich an absolute fortune in rent.

Next season everything will depend on recruitment we already know Onana and Branthwaite will leave so we have to replace them with players of equal talent and retain some money as well so it will be very hard to do.
others that leave won’t be so significant probably 3 or 4.

Same problem here in the US. The dilemma isn't political identity; it's the mega/ultra/gross rich controlling everything and "bribing" the masses, including the politicians who do their bidding.
Greed will be the ultimate reason the world fails.

I hope your right about a plan we just need to end all the uncertainty.
if it’s another group it could go into next season before it’s done
