  1. He had a photo shoot so couldn’t make it
  2. Lampard needs to play the style of football he believes in even if it is costly in results, we aren’t going to achieve much this season so I hope he plays his style for the first half of the season, he has time to find the right blend in the players he has and hopefully we see a turn around, and if not we will still have 19 games left to revert back to fighting for our lives and playing like wankers again.
  3. He has a great first touch and play’s with his head up as a coach that’s what you want from your players, he will be alright Lampard’s just got to give him the game time and let him settle in the team.
  4. Stabbed in the back again, earlier you said I was intelligent
  5. That’s sounds about right, come to Everton and let us fuck you over. A great add for any others considering us as the team to take their careers further.
  6. I’ll check it out my cousin Is a civil servant and works in the N.I and pensions department in Newcastle, your be surprised at what he can find out about individuals earnings and tax affairs. 40 minutes later. He’s come back to me and said from what he can see but will confirm when he’s back in the office Monday and can look in area’s he hasn’t got access to from home, is that James was on 220K a week and Mina is on 140k class that as evidence Haf Oh and apologies to those who I may have offended by placing this post in the wrong thread, I now realise how much it ruins your day your week your month your year fuck it your life, and I will try to be more vigilant next time, but for now keep taking the pills I’m sure they will help.
  7. Agreed there is more than one way to skin a cat, and how differently some act to achieve the same goal shouldn’t defer from the objective of why they are doing what they are doing. It’s the fans club even though Moshiri owns 98%, there is no club without the supporters so he needs to listen to what the supporters have to say.
  8. I understand where your coming from, but what he would or wouldn’t have done is all hypothetical and can’t be proven anymore than his wages.
  9. That would be nice but they can’t afford the 120K wages, I think he walks on a free.
  10. That’s life mate I’m afraid, but I don’t wish to carry on debating where things are posted, this has been happening ever since I joined TT and before that I expect, unless of course you want to carry it on of course. But let’s be honest everybody on here has been guilty of going off topic in threads, so unless you can hold your hand on your heart and say you haven’t, then why the lecture.
  11. When emotions are running high I don’t think people care where they say what’s on their mind, and consider or think they are ruining anything, the club is in it’s worse position for more years than I care to remember. Yes I am smart and I thank you for the acknowledgment to the fact I should say it takes one to know one
  12. It should, but the majority of supporters are led by results, if the results don’t materialise the team and the board gets the backlash, if the results are good the team get the plaudits and the board are forgotten about, which suits them no board likes being put under the microscope.
  13. Maybe that’s because people feel that our position is very bleak and they are showing their concerns, just maybe because I do understand some think there’s nothing to be concerned about, and it will be fine in 2 weeks
  14. It’s not a fallacy it’s a requirement some times the players don’t always for fill the managers believe in them that’s the gamble. Look at the amount of players brought in by Liverpool, City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, and the money spent so far this transfer window, read what Ten Hagg is saying at Utd demanding more money more players. If you don’t keep buying every season to improve your weakest positions you don’t stand still against your competitors if they are buying you go backwards. If Liverpool bring in 4 players to improve the team and City don’t respond then Liverpool pretty much win the league next season, that’s how important it is to keep freshening the team up every season.
  15. I never mentioned adding players that’s why he will end up having to sacrifice his own game ideal’s for the survival of the team. But as you mentioned adding new players 100% this team doesn’t improve with out the addition of better players. No a healthier DCL does not improve this team as it stands, he will get no service in this team. A full season of a better Iwobi, for me Iwobi was one of our best players under Lampard, his work rate was phenomenal yet we still nearly got relegated. Gordon has room to improve and gain more experience, but will he get the opportunity in this team to have a free role that he is undoubtedly alluding to in his interview, I don’t think so he will be shackled because the team hasn’t got the players to allow him to stop all the defensive work he had to do last season, Gray should by now have all the experience required he’s been around the block a few times, what he has lacked all his career is making good decisions with the ball , he refuses to pass or look for better options when in possession instead he just try’s to do it all on his own, I’m sure many managers have tried to coach that out of him and failed, is that why he became a bench player for Lampard more often than not. Patterson is an unknown quantity at present, yet I hold a lot of faith in him only based on the plaudits he received in Scotland, but we will have to see if they come to fruition. Ali the great hope for the future, probably even more so now Richarlison has gone, he’s not the foundation to build any club on, I believe we will see no improvement from him on last season’s exploits, unfortunately he’s a player who’s soul love and passion for the game has died. .Lampard’s had 7 months to work with and evaluate his team, he didn’t need that long to quickly realise that his style of football was well above the standards of a lot of the players he inherited, so had to shelf his values as a player and manager to scrape through to survival, and he’s now lost possibly one of if not the best player to fit in a team and style he wants to play, Lampard isn’t silly he knows he’s seen it with his own eyes, he knows this current team are getting relegated without better players being added, he’s had 7 months to work with the difunctional team he’s inherited and he can’t get anywhere near the improvement required to move us in the right direction.
  16. Am I the only one thinking that the team hasn’t improved at all since last season, so he won’t get to play his own game and will have to make sacrifices again this season.
  17. The Ali of 4 years ago was good done nothing since, Holgate not good enough for the PL gets a place in our team because we even have worse options than him, Gray very inconsistent player started like a train then fell off a cliff shouldn’t be a starter and wasn’t much under Lampard, Doucoure fools people with his work rate into thinking he’s a good player, I wouldn’t argue that he has a good engine on him but that’s as far as it goes, he possesses practically no vision or ability on the ball whatsoever, Godfrey not convinced anymore with him, he had a real good impact on the team in his first season on his showing last season he could easily turnout to be a one season wonder. Patterson I’m hopeful he proves to be a good buy but only had 45 minutes in the first team, so not sure how you can say he’s good, Tara again unproven in an Everton shirt but hopefully he makes a difference. Pickford, Mykolenko, Gordon, Iwobi, and DCL are the only ones who I would want in the team from what we’ve got in the squad that I feel would help the team improve going forward, then big hopes for Tara and Patterson, and hopefully one or two of the youngsters break through. But still a shit return on over half a billion spent in the transfer market, as I said only 5-6 proven good enough with a couple who hopefully get on that list. And that’s why we still require CBs and Mids whether attacking or holding and another forward, basically we need another 5-6 players to come straight into the starting eleven.
  18. We have a squad of 20 plus players I would only want 5-6 in the team, you can have many CBs and Mids but if there not up to requirements you need to get others in to move forward.
  19. Oh come on nothing that result and the way we played was humiliating, and that’s the kindest word I can find for it, you might be confident that we will turn a corner in a couple of weeks, but even Lampard is not so sure and pissed with how we played and is losing his shit. Keep the rose tinted classes on Rob they are obviously protecting you from the reality of the situation the club and team find themselves in, whether you like it or not we should not be getting beat 4-0 by Minnesota under any circumstances the gulf between our leagues is huge. Embarrassing
  20. So this is your staple for breakfast, I suppose when you live full time in a country that isn’t where you were born or raised you start to become immersed into their way of living, and if it’s curry for breakfast then it’s curry for breakfast. I eat whilst at home the same breakfast every day, which is 80g of porridge with frozen blueberries stirred in, followed by 2 soft boiled eggs, it gives me my fast sugars good fats and protein to start the day off in a good way nutritionally, and the bonus is I really enjoy it so haven’t become bored of the same thing.
  21. I honestly believe and I wish it wasn’t the case that we are as far away from being mid table as we are top 6. We’ve made so many mistakes over the last 6-7 years that we will have to pay a big price before we can start properly repairing the damage. I’ve witnessed no real improvement under Lampard and that isn’t a direct criticism of him that’s a criticism of the club, Pep wouldn’t do any better with the players here and the lack of funds available, plus players of any note want to leave, and we aren’t a draw for players who have ambition, but we are great at signing below par players on big players wages.
  22. Not wishing to disrespect your home team or league and I’m pleased for you that there having a good campaign, but Everton play in the best league in the world and under no circumstances should we be beaten by an MLS team 4-0 creating no decent chances and being out played, and the fact it happened means we have massive problems going forward.
