  1. There’s been a lot of talk about how shit we were at defending and rightly so, going through the goals and how poor we were, if it was City we could understand it and find a few excuses about being beat by the best team in the league, but this was Minnesota ffs. I haven’t read anything about all the chances we created and missed or how creative we were in our play, sarcasm maybe on my part, but more importantly there’s nothing good to discuss about our play because we were woeful.
  2. Personally I don’t think it will be a relegation battle I see a complete capitulation from us, with no battle ensuing and Lampard gone in January. Happy new season everyone
  3. How many more years are we going to be saying those words. For me there are no excuses for any PL team to be beaten 4-0 by Minnesota. What a shit fest we’ve got to look forward to this season, with Richarlison gone it’s going to be worse than the last.
  4. Do you have your roti with curry in the morning, or sweet sauce say like honey. I remember one of the Islands I went to in the Maldives the staff use to have fish curry left over from the previous day for breakfast.
  5. They had to have something to say and write about because there was nothing to discuss with signings
  6. I don’t think there’s any party that could form a credible government at the moment, I thought the Tories were offered a 2nd chance to get it right but just wasted it. Being as you are the only Tory on here I know who regularly posts I thought it would be interesting to hear your thoughts on what’s happening within the Tory party.
  7. And Ken Clarke I always thought with him it was more about the country than the party.
  8. At least that’s another crossed off the rumours list only a few hundred left to get through
  9. As a Tory aren’t you embarrassed with the government front and back benchers, not just because of the fuck ups of the last 6 years, but now they just got rid of Tugenhat and kept Truss in the running, Jesus what sort cocaine are they taking in the Tory wet area’s crack?
  10. He’s been knocked out of race, obviously the Tories still don’t care about public opinion.
  11. You need to go to spec savers mate
  12. I thought the exact thing soon as I saw it, I wonder has DCL been involved in the design of that shirt.
  13. With you on that mate, but I’ll probably give in to fact I have to have every home and away shirt for my collection, which is annoying really.
  14. A pretty fair assessment.
  15. That’s because it’s not life or death, although sometimes someone or something can press the wrong buttons when I’m not in the best of places and I react, I have been trying to curb that and hopefully it shows, but that’s just as much for my own benefit as those around me. So don’t start because I’m definitely not in the mood
  16. It’s not arguing mate it’s debating surely that’s one of the main concepts of a forum isn’t it ? Anyway love you to mate
  17. I guessed the dislike was from Steve before I looked, not that I’m bothered he’s given more dislikes on TT than women from Yorkshire gave Peter Sutcliffe
  18. Coleman has been a very decent player for us over many years, but the last couple of seasons he has been responsible for a lot of mistakes some leading to goals in important games, I know shit happens but it’s becoming a regular occurrence unfortunately. Yes I want my players to care and give there all and he has done that bucket loads, but there comes a time in every player career when giving your all just isn’t good enough anymore and I believe Coleman has reached that point in his career. Do I think he was a good captain for the club not really, do I think he has turned into a good elder statesman for the club yes I do.
  19. I didn’t watch it I can’t think of anything worse than watching a bunch of Tories trying to out do each other, it must have been like watching a bunch of pricks becoming even a bigger bunch of pricks.
  20. Very mixed signals about was the sale of the club ever on the agenda, but now he has confirmed it isn’t for sale so we are firmly back relying on him and his board of directors to find the funds for the team and the Stadium, I genuinely wish them well in this quest for the sake of the fans and a management team who need funds to implement their plans.
  21. Have you just bought a copy of the World according to Shukes, if so congratulations Matt you’ve really taken it on board
  22. Not seen much of Warrington, Dobbin from what I’ve seen of him could definitely make an impact and very much a Lampard style of player, I was hoping that Patterson becomes the number 1 RB this season and was looking forward to someone taking over Coleman as backup.
  23. Another RB, CD, F/ Striker, CM, just to start with unless the under 23s have genuine players who can come in and fill those positions without letting the club down and embarrassing themselves because they’ve been asked to do a job there clearly not capable of.
  24. Religion is a set of rules or values drawn up by someone else that you follow, or you can set out your own values that you are going to live to, without following the texts of Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Mormons, Jewish, the list is endless of religion’s that you can become a follower of, but setting your own set of rules or values for how you are going to live your life, shouldn’t be classed as religion or religious beliefs, let’s be honest how you believe you should live your life could go against multiple religious faiths. But you are right treat offers as you would want to be treated, but you don’t need any religious faith to abide by that way of thought, you just need the honesty and conviction to try your upmost to live by your own beliefs.
