  1. The team are playing well particularly the midfield the sum of their parts is working as a whole, so why would anyone feel the need to change it, as individuals Gana and Schneiderlin maybe better but the lads who have the positions at the moment have earned them, for me at best Gana and Schneiderlin on the bench until injuries or bad results dictate a change. Keep it the same for Stoke the players will respect that whether there playing or not and hopefully we can keep the good run going.
  2. Pad I think that was said more in jest because of how we are playing without him, anyway if it wasn't your spot on.
  3. I signed this morning got confirmation email. Now what's gonna happen
  4. A few of us had been saying that he deserved another crack after his performances for the U23s, tonight's game went someway to justifying that shout. Hope he goes on to score a load more.
  5. Don't worry Joe she won't be there that long, it won't take Trump very long to shit in her begging bowl when she hands it out.
  6. Didn't know that, do you feel that was a good thing or bad or I don't really care.
  7. Does that mean you didn't vote because both sides lied, so you didn't vote so you couldn't be accused of being stupid.
  8. Good does that mean the £ will rise against the $ going to Mexico in nine would come in handy..
  9. She did say that, problem being in her scenario is that once she implements article 50 we have only two years to try and negotiate a deal, so her team and herself spend twenty three months thrashing out a deal, she then goes to parliament with her deal parliament vote against her deal.Where do we go from there no time left to 're-negotiate so it has to be excepted or we're out the door with no deal, that's how I see it but may be totally wrong.
  10. I hope he does really well and he's given plenty of opportunities to show his talent.
  11. What would be fairer is a snap election so the electorate could have a say on which party and leader they felt could best negotiate the exit deal that was in our best interest. To me that is just as important as the exit or remain vote, because I for one can't remember saying I would be happy with Theresa May having the final say over our exit strategy.
  12. I buy into most of that not all, don't agree with the comments about Martinez being to blame for the games Koeman's been in charge of whether we've lost drawn or won makes no difference.
  13. I'd like to think most people would echo that, he's learning things about his players strengths and in turn the players are learning how he wants them to play. And this could be the start of things coming together, feeling very positive again instead of suicidal.
  14. I agree with that it would be a travesty to drop Davies for Schneiderlin or Gana the way he's playing, hopefully Koeman not that stupid is he.
  15. Thing with Gana he looked the man in a team that was playing badly, but he was bordering on terrible the last 2 games before ACON when others were showing massive improvement, so if you think he should walk straight back into a winning team who you going to drop Davies or Barry, and then you've got Schneiderlin knocking on the door.If there playing well and the teams winning leave it till it breaks, Gana has know right to walk straight back into the team.
  16. And its basically the team that was always here, no Stekkers, Bolasie, Gana or Valencia.Robles has proved himself along with Mori, Davies and Holgate, will he change them to fit in his own signings of Gana and Schneiderlin, interesting times a head in the next couple of weeks.
  17. That's bollocks mate I criticised koeman for his tactics and team selections and what's happening now makes me feel justified in what I've said, which was he inherited players much better than how they were playing under him, I was slated with the usual what do you expect with the shit Martinez left him there to old he brought all shit players, as the excuse for how bad we were playing. The fact is that the last 2 games we have only started with one of his six signings in Williams, for me he's starting to get the system right and he's not swapping and changing as much. So for all those who Newty feels contempt for isn't nice to know that when we said the players were better than we were playing we was right, now Koeman is seeing that as well and reaping the benefits by sorting the defence out the one thing Martinez was incapable of doing.
  18. I'd like to think that not many would criticise him if he had touched it, all strikers worth having would I hope do the same and try and score at every opportunity presented to them.
  19. 2-3 years ago but not now at 33 there's know long or mid term gain. If we were looking like relegation prospects or pushing for a top 4 spot then fair enough get him in for the short term benefit he may offer, but it looks like we're finish mid table and he wouldn't improve on that if he came in. We do need another experienced CB but someone around 28-29 to take over the mantle from Williams and Jags when they are finished in the next year or two.
  20. Hope he doesn't change the set up we should be going to Palace saying this is how we're set you try and stop us if you can, we don't fear you so we won't change to suit you.
  21. McCarthy for Barry Schneiderlin looked like he needs a bit more match fitness, so wouldn't start with him but you could see when gets his game back together he's gonna be awesome.
  22. He took control of his area and was decisive when shutting there chances down, if you're a defender that's the sort of display you want from your keeper makes your job easier. Hope he keeps the No1 slot.
