I’ve got mixed feelings about him, he led the press really well yesterday, which for 71 minutes worked really well, City no shots on target at home. But he does lose the ball far to easily, and has an abundance of woeful passing and shooting, then will pop up with a sublime pass or shot that goes in.

Will we buy him, at £20m yes I think we will.

Inevitable outcome I guess, disappointed we kept them get two, particularly after giving the ball away near their box. Will be interesting to see if it was a corner for the first.

Hopefully no new injuries picked up and we can be at full strength for Palace next game.

I think we’ve done well so far, they’ve not had a shot on target, if we can keep our shape, adapt to the inevitable changes Pep will make, and be calmer in their half.

There was a very weird atmosphere in the ground last night, not helped by a huge number of poor passes, hit to hard, hit behind players and many nowhere near anyone, despite all that I thought we were the better team and deserved the win Dom and Lewis unlucky not to score.

Its a win, good to be back in winning ways and we’re progressing in the cup.

Mr Masters dug the PL into a bigger hole imo, one rule for us one rule for City, things like that must surely go in our favour at any appeal.

Dom’s not finding the net as we would like him to, probably as we’re not giving him the service he thrives on, and for me, it’s clear Beto does not bring the range of quality Dom has, we need to stick with Dom and feed him better opportunities.

As I read it, it’s just farcical being charged again for a period we have already been sanctioned on.
