    Don’t see why Niels can’t step up if he has the quality, tomorrow should give us some idea if so.

    Bad news, he’s been Mr Creator when Richys ahead of him, hopefully he comes back quickly, but let’s not whinge about it like over the park do, it’s part of the game. Big chance for Niels to show he can step up, with Leighton as added cover if he’s able, anyone but Delph, please !

    After seeing Leeds in the last 20 mins against Arsenal last night, we need our fittest and most agile players in the 2nd half after taking a good lead. Their energy was amazing, we seem to tire in the second half and need to be ready for an onslaught

    DCL, two goals and led the line brilliantly yet again, had to work off scraps in the 2nd half, and won some critical fouls taking the pressure off at the end. Iwobi played like the player I thought we were buying, hopefully it’s not a one off

    Think we have a new penalty taker, what a brilliant strike. Wish they would stop talking about his fashion sense though, it’s got feck all to do with football.

    Siggy does just fine, he points to Fernandez and runs away from him giving another player the responsibility, should have told Keane and Holgate to lie down and make it a bit easier for Fernandez.

    I’d rather he just has a steady game and he doesn’t have too much to do.

    What, that he can’t seem to play two consecutive games due to injury, taking the argument of his quality on the field aside, time to get rid, if we want players to come in and cover the the starting 11 when injured etc, we need consistency not a single game then out injured as well.

    Yep, got ours a couple of weeks ago, no ST just a card for discount on shop purchases.

    Haf, I’m with you, I think he’s been the main disappointment in the preferred starting 11, he just hasn’t been on his game, I wish he was as he’s a lovely player to watch when he’s good, but he’s awful if not, the big problem though is that none of Siggy, Bernard or Iwobi, has taken their chance to get the spot in the starting 11 when it’s been given.

    I’m not disappointed with him, but I dont think we’ve seen anywhere near the best from him yet, something I’m looking forward to.

    Olsen solid debut, didn’t have much chance with either goal.

    Good man management from Carlo, taking Pickford out of the limelight and the shit he’s had to put up with over the last two weeks, and particularly against Newcastle where he tends to loose it anyhow. its going to interesting how we line up and our approach to the game. COYB

    As bad as we were, and it was bad as Bailey says, I’m still smarting over dropping 3 points when others had dropped points, such a missed opportunity.

    Best we were ever going to get IMO, the TV and papers have continued to crucify Pickford and the team since last weekend, this is partly retribution, but they couldn’t get away with 3 games.
