Bit of a weird one IMO. Yes they've been laughably shit all season, but in the past month or two he actually turned it round and delivered Europe - not too far from where you'd expect them to have been at the start of the season. 
It almost feels like as they've turned a corner, they've binned him off. 
Weird for Poch now too, burned his bridges with Spurs to manage their rivals for a return of absolutely nothing. Not to mention that IMO his reputation has taken a bit of a battering considering he's now effectively failed at both PSG & Chelsea since leaving Tottenham.
That said, wouldn't be surprised to see him now reunite with Kane at Bayern considering they're crying out for a manager. Also wouldn't surprise me to see Tuchel do the opposite.

I'd rather put a plastic bag in defence than Ashley Young, so regardless of how thin we are wouldn't be offering him an extra year.
His best games have been 6/10's. He's finished at this level and will only be worse next season - today was Exhibit A.

What annoys the fuck out of me (and I've posted in depth about it so will keep it short here) is that VAR is brilliant, it's just the absolute numpties using it that's at fault. The PGMOL will go around as many houses as they can to avoid accepting that their standards are simply not good enough (and to be frank, they're nowhere near).

You can tell that Jason McAteer hangs around Jurgen Klopp's bins hoping that he's thrown out some boxers for him to sniff. 
Klopp shouldn't be anywhere near the MOTY considering how he'll be walking away with a Carabao Cup and no real title fight. I'd argue that Pep should be there simply as he's likely to win the league which should carry some weight regardless but would look to the likes of Dyche (comfortably mid-table with points deductions removed) or Ireola (comfortably kept up what looked a wobbly Bournemouth side) for outside contenders.
The main one for me is Emery, I don't see how he doesn't get it if it's a non-bias voting system. Getting Villa into the Champions League is outstanding work.
