  1. Not to disappointed expected nothing, it was a free swing today, we have games coming up much more important, never do well at old trafford.

Felt for Coleman, but onwards and upwards, spirit improving all the time, i have the belief we will survive. Well played Pickford by the way.

  2. Would like to see Iwobi take over from doucs, grey down the right and sims in the middle to ruffle a few feathers.

Don't think we should start with Garner, against his old club, and only just back from injury, also we will get a lot more

out of Iwobi in field, could be a blessing in disguise.

  3. The only threat to us all game and we leave him alone in the box twice, a point not much use to us, but i see slow steady improvement each game, the only thing that baffled me was the subs, slow man up front when your looking to hit them on the break, and Davies has lost the plot about what's required in the team. I understand Grey was tired but their must have been someone on the bench with pace, regardless of position.

  4. So disappointed you can see the improvement since Dyche has been here, but what's not changed is us shooting ourselves in the foot, against the shite, and today, if we don't give away a penalty with a brain dead challenge, we don't loose that game, Leeds are the only ones around us that we have beaten, that's the worry, forest, saints, wolves, Bournemouth villa, Non of which are better than us.

I would sooner have lost the arsenal game and won one of them, but we didn't. So we are were we are.

Its going to another nail biting season, and at 70 im sure i will see it out. COYB

  5. This is one of many cup finals we have to play to stay up, after my anger settled down on Monday, i would like everyone else been delighted to take 3 points from SD first 2 games. But he has to be hard with them, and change those who make the most mistakes, and its our misfortune that we replaced Coleman with a crock who plays 2 and misses 6. as much as i like the lad, We need to fight more than ever for our club, because those who own us have given us no help what so ever. In fact they have gone out of their we to hinder us.

If you mean Gordon, I agree now with those who claim his head turned permanently in the summer. He's not been the player he was, so we were right to cash in on him. We could probably get more for him now than waiting until the summer. I have no issue with that transaction.

Don't think you should cash in on someone without a replacement in place when facing relegation, wrong priorities.

We're becoming so influenced by the media (not just regarding the transfer window but about everything). The current narrative is that teams must spend big in every window to progress - despite the fact that the January window is generally viewed as risky and expensive. Someone shared earlier just how poorly we've fared before in this window, so bringing no-one in ensures we don't overspend on average quality. Of course, we need a striker, but we do have three options. Moreover, Gray has been on a tear of late, so it's not only forwards who score. Personally, I refuse to buy into this narrative about everyone needing to spend. Survive this season (and odds are that we will) and spend more wisely in the summer. If we finish mid-table, we'll have earned the right to attract better quality players.

No matter what we think of Sean Dyche, he has a track record of building solid defences, and he's worked before with both Tarkowski and Keane. If we're not scoring goals, it's important that we don't ship them. I'm resigned to low-scoring games for the rest of this season, and there's nothing wrong with 0-0 at Anfield and 1-0 wins against Villa, Palace, Forest, and the like. Let's build from where we are and stop panicking. And more than anything, let's stop falling for media sensation and "woe is me" narratives.

I agree with a lot of what you say, but i have not criticised anyone for not over spending, last thing we need is another Tosen or Wallcot, or Moise Kean, for 25 mil to list but a few, my point is we never replaced Lakaku, or Charli, or the for ever injured DCL, in any of the last 3 windows, no plan, no direction, no DNA, and now players openly saying they would not join us, and sadly i agree with them, we need new leadership, and if we have to stay with the owner, then we need a complete new board of directors, with some vision and some energy to move forward. I to hope Dyche makes a fist of it but its not easy with 2 hands tied behind your back.

No doubt we will Ayew on a free at 33 and no club, and be told that is all we are getting, there was a reason SD was only appointed 24 hour before the transfer window closed, and we had deals fall through at the last minuet, i am convinced the owner sees the parachute payment when we go down as funds for the new ground.

We are the only team to be weaker now than before, we sold our brightest prospect, besides what we think of his attitude of late, we sold him late so no time to replace him.

Why was our business done so late, we have a DOF, what has he been doing for the last 12 months, apart from wasting money on Maupay and Mcneill, if he was waiting for the new manager, why was that left till the end of the window, there is something toxic about the whole club from the very top, and as we have seen no matter how often we change the manager, nothing changes.

  8. Numb with rage, not just no signings, not just the only club not to strengthen, but to weaken.

But to have players come out and say they would not sign for Everton, This board could not take us any lower, not even if went down, than to be ridiculed in public as we have been, i hope the fans give them what for on Saturday.

This is exactly why they waited till Monday afternoon to appoint SD, as for a DOF, in the words of Jim Royal DOF my arse.

  9. Im more angry at all the board turning up today, as if emphersising it was unsafe to go to Goodison.

Sharpy has obviously taken there side in this against the fans, similar thing happened at West Ham a few years ago the directors box was empty, apart from Trevor Brooking, the man showed his class.

Sharp may have been under orders, but he did not have to follow them, it matters not if they sack Frank, they wiil  still be there.

  10. Dont get this threat to the board, yes chant at them, yes have banners, yes vent your splien.

Who would want to harm G Sharp, no one, this threat has not been given any credibility about its source.

Sounds like a FM publisity stunt to take the pressure of them, and dump it on the fans.

To come out and blame the fans for him sacking managers, just shows how cluless this man is, and he will go to any lenghths to excuse his lack of ability to run a premiership club.

We finally got rid of that waste of space, let’s not bring him back ffs.

Seams to be a lot of people wanting to bring back the biggest waste of space namely Martinez

I don't think Dunc is a waste of space, he is a man of great passion, and would bring heart to club if he was given a leading role. imho
