Peter H got a reaction from Matt in Davy Klaassen
Not happy about him leaving. Still think he could have been really good for us.

Peter H got a reaction from rubecula in England
England were just too good and Sweden did not play as well as they have been.
sweden needed to play at their peak to win but never reached anywhere near it. Boring match and a poor match.
I hope you win it all but i fear France will be too strong fo you.

Peter H reacted to Romey 1878 in England
Only an idiot would think this is going to be an easy game. Like you say, you're extremely well organised and will not give many chances away. Creating chances is what we're struggling to do against proper teams, so something is going to have to change. I hope Young is injured so we'll have a proper left-sided player. I'd drop Walker because he's just an accident waiting to happen this tournament - I think he's looked awful. I'd like to drop Sterling to add some creativity but I really don't see Rashford giving us more.

Peter H got a reaction from Bailey in England
You know what, keep saying that football is coming home guys, it just means that you are underestimating teams like Sweden. If you win on sat ill back you all the way but you need to get past us. We like being he underdogs. England have all to lose, Sweden has all to win.

Peter H reacted to Wiggytop in England
Pickford was brilliant, he's had three games where he's not really been involved, last night similar for most of the early part, and managed to stay focused to pull out that fantastic save, I think this tournament will really help with his development and Everton ultimately.

Peter H got a reaction from StevO in William Carvalho
The fact that the commentators didn't mention him that much just shows that he did his job. They mention DMs a lot more when they are in trouble. Watch Carvalho in club games instead. He is a lot more productive then.

and how many 18 year old defenders are setting the premier on fire at the moment? 50 mil is crazy money. He could go either way. Its a lot of pressure on a teenager. 50 mil.

Peter H got a reaction from Shukes in Victor Nilsson Lindelöf
You're all wrong about Lindelöf lol. Im fully expecting him to take a regular spot on Man U this season. The reason for his sometimes poor form is that Mou wants him to play in a way that he isn'tt used to playing. Mou inherited him but he was signed to play his way. Mou changed that.
One season in now and the lad is smart, talented. Extremely comfortable on the ball, something we have missed in the back four. Yes the price is steep but I think that he is worth around what they paid. (I don't think they will turn a profit on him, thats just paper talk)

Peter H reacted to Cornish Steve in Predict our result: 2017/2018 season
And here are the final results...
For this week, congratulations to joint winners: Palfy and Sir McGiven, each with 5 points. This means that Sir McGiven wins for the month of May.
For the season as a whole, the winner is nyblue23, who managed to extend his lead to 3 points. It was a close-run thing right to the end, though. aaron finishes in second, and TonkaRoost claims the third spot. Romey was the only other player to outdo the forum's average prediction. Per prediction, the clear winner is aaron.
nyblue23 won the most points in 8 of the 38 games. Chalkpie won 7 games, and yours truly won 6 games. 16 players managed a 10-pointer, which is something of a record. Before we changed the rules, barryj and Bill each scored an 8-pointer.
Now it's time for a break. Enjoy the summer, everybody!
