Leroy Fer... Remember when Moyes signed him, but then he hadn't?

Decent sub would be to push Gylfi to the center and bring on Lookman to play out wide - or Vlasic

Good to see Cuco getting in the Xmas spirit, very generous with his fending. He's struggle to mark a rag on a stick.

Worst bit for me is lack of press, so frustrating to watch us without the ball. But we were bad to watch under Koeman too; so I’ll take the ugly wins!

Geordie in peace here.
We're not playing well, dunno how anyone can think that. 1 point from a possible 21, 6 losses in 7.
Not a lot of optimism on Tyneside, understandably. Most hoping that the takeover gets sorted out sharpish and we can spend a bit of money in the January window and buy some actual footballers.
Personally, I'm expecting a poor game decided by the odd game, you've more match winners than us though, so I'd expect yet another loss.
Dunno what team you've been watching, but it isn'tt Benitez's Newcastle. At best we're pragmatic. We look to allow the opposition to have possession in their half and away from dangerous areas. Then hit back on the counter or take advantage of set pieces. Utter nonsense to suggest that we "mindlessly attack".
Rooney, Barkley, Sigurdsson, Calvert-Lewin, Klaassen, Lennon, Lookman... yeah, you're bereft of attacking talent. Wanna buy Joselu?

How does someone as big as Cuco get pushed over by Salah. That bloke has no bottle.

Agreed. Dislike him or not, support for the new manager is crucial. -

Agreed. I’ve made no secret of my dislike of him, but I’ve calmed down a bit now so fuck it. Come on you bluuuuuues!

Someone had to do it- I feel dirty doing it but it’s done now.
Fact is- we are in a bad place right now- clearly the first choice second etc were either unattainable or didn’t fancy it. We need someone in to steady the ship and keep us up and in his defence he has a perfect record of saving teams from relegation. Where this leaves us afterwards if he saves us is entirely another matter.
I don’t like it one but but I do understand why this move has been made. We all need to get behind the team now as getting relegated just isn’t an option with a new stadium on the horizon. Dark day for us blues but we’ll have to give him a chance now he’s here.

Actually, I think you could do a lot worse than Allardyce. This will be his biggest job in club football, and you may say what you want, but he is a competent manager. He'll get you sorted out, and get the players up for it. In addition, his teams are much easier on the eye than Pulis, who might well be in the running...
You looked relegation material at Southampton. While Unsworth is one of your own, he has no business being Everton manager. It would be like us appointing Keown or Henry, neither having any experience managing at this level.

Jags is done and he knows it.
williams is even worse because he believes himself to be above every one else.
keane is complete wank - I'd love to know what injury he has.
gana can go and take morgan with him.
Weve constantly signed the "better" players from relegated teams and now we look like becoming one of them.
