Completely agree, if you arent doing good enough you need to be told! and to quote Moyes "he makes it easy for me", sounds like a fucking boys club! and he's very close to the players, hes the fucking owner, he should not be close to the players! My boss would not dream of making it easy for me, he pushes me and pushes me for better results all the time. Otherwise i'd get complacent. Get a grip of your club for god sake! Sorry, that whole award just stinks to me! Let me guess, Bills had a tough year with the fans betraying him and sabotaging the club by not turning up (in fairness the players didnt turn up until January themselves) so we thought we would cheer him up a bit.
