Not sure how you can say he doesn't create, when he never gets a chance to play there his shooting isn't great but he can create and he does score. From central mdifield last season he got 2 assists. And was played as DM only 3 times. You can create from central midfield and he doesn't. He passes out to the wing, that's about it. Is he ready for the starting 11? Osman should not start the season imo. Been poor so far. Getting slightly worried about losing Fellaini now. All Betis need to do is press our possession and we'll give it back to them. I'm all for keeping possession and wearing teams down but there certainly needs some tweaking or reinvesting in clientele. There's no denying his drop in form but I'm not prepared to write him off. Back to the match - rubbish really. Defence seems very shaky, lots of individual errors.... Both big parts of Wigans troubles last season. No midfield, and lucky to have 11 players on the pitch, Barkely and Mirallas should be off.
