Think it's harsh to call him a waste there Haf. For all we know, he comes on strong the second half of the season and helps us out of our current poor form. Has he been poor this first half of the season. Sure I can't really dispute that. Has he shown a history of being a goalscorer and knowing how to put the ball in the back of the net. Absolutely. The whole team has been poor, not just him and yet I wouldn't call anyone a "waste". Hell, Barkley has been a waste relative to his talent but I wouldn't use that word towards him. Lukaku is not a finished project yet. Maybe he needs to be benched like he was today and that'll fire him up, maybe he just needs more support from the squad.
