Maybe I'm less forgiving but I think you deserve to get it spoilt. I for one don't watch tv, radio off and unlikely to answer the phone. Meaningless pre season, maybe Twente played an experimental XI with a bunch of kids, they were only playing Bristol City after all so not exactly high profile.
