doesn't matter how bad his competition for his place was, he was their number 1 and played a role against the best in the world to get them to the final.

Did himself proud in that fight, I didn't have him ahead before the knockout though, though he won the first couple of rounds but then the class showed.

Eddie Hearn confirmed on Instagram that Bellew was checked by the doctor and was cleared after the KO but he was defo concussed as he kept repeating himself and kissing Usyk, probably landed more kisses than punches!

Bellew was on Talksport before and said he's done, Tony Bellew was his boxing persona who is now dead, he is Antony Bellew and wants to live a quiet life. I am hoping he pops up on PPV's doing commentary etc as he is very, very good at that too.

He won MOTM, thought he played well, was a little shakey but could be due to being his first start.

I must be daft or something because I just don't see "best midfielder we have" or "would work well in our team" at all.

Marco must be daft too because he gave him the chance in pre season and look where he is now. Championship / lower prem is his level, Everton aren't.

I'm a big Bellew fan but Usyk schooled Klitscko in sparring when he was training for the Fury fight, for me its going to be one sided and Bellew is going to be schooled. Hope I'm wrong!

His buy out is apparently 80m Euros. Brands has said we couldn't afford what Barca wanted for a full transfer. They most likely wanted upwards of £40m easily. We'll struggle to sign him at £20m mark the way he's playing recently.

He's had a good start to the season, he has rarely lost an aerial challenge over the last few weeks (could be longer, I've only noticed over the last few home games) and seems a lot more settled on the ball, he has stopped trying those silly flicks forward and plays a nice simple passes. Glad he is proving a lot of people wrong (including me)
