I have to admit I think I'm going to be wrong about Lennon, he was very good. But I'm still reserving judgment as Burnly were awful.

Takes a big man to admit he was (might be) wrong. 
Lennon could be our Trevor Steven if he can just improve the final ball a bit. His work rate is (dare I say it) 'phenomenal' and he seems to be the spark that ignites the rest of the team. In the military we used to call that Operational Synergy which is just a posh way of making 2+2 equal five. Lennon has that about him. He makes Everton play as a team, better than the sum of the input of each individual player. He has become very important already and I think will only get better.

It's a truly special place Goodison. I've said it before and I'll say again - you are all truly privileged to be able to go to such a place. Words can't express my love for the place.

So the question is whether to watch them all tonight and then wait five weeks for the next one or wait for them on TV. Difficult decision, but I think the temptation will prove too much.

I like Lennon for his effort, but his quality isn't that of top 4 I'm afraid.

Better result than I was expecting so that's a positive, but when their equaliser came from another mistake it's hard to take.

Assuming that both Peanuts and Mirallas are fit, I would like to see them both get some game time today. Mirallas on for whover of Ossie or Barkley is looking like a fish out of water on the left wing, then peanuts for either Lennon or whoever is playing in the No 10 position. If Peanuts has lost some of his legs it would be good to see him play just behind Traffic.

If Mirallas doesn't want to play for us he shouldn't even be on the bench.
 
I'm not saying he doesn't want to because I don't know the reason he's on the bench but if that's why he is he should be lashed in the under 18s

A couple of my close mates fans are Saints fans, although I have had to listen to a lot Saints this and Saints that this season
I will give credit where it is due and they have surpassed everyone's expectations considering the players sold in the summer.
 
A team that have a great defensive record and know where the back of the net is. I hope they make the Europa to see how they cope with a squad similar to the size of ours.
 
Like ourselves they too have struggled to break teams down that have turned up to defend ( park the bus ). I have assured my mates they shouldn't be a problem Saturday as parking the bus, or even defending hasn't been on our agenda most of this season.
 
Onto the game on tomorrow- like every Everton fan I speak to Mr Barry should not walk straight back in, will be very pissed off if he does esp after 2 wins.
 
I hope Jags is okay- after the effort he put into that mid week match he looked dead on his feet at the end. Would like some more of that defending tomorrow.
 
I don't know the injury situation but guessing Kone out so Rom up front with hopefully Ross behind. Lennon and Mirallas ( if fit ) out wide. Besic McCarthy sitting.
 
Hopefully be a good game of open football, we use to always get results against this lot and I can another good result ahead.
