  1. This is all central to the Minsk11 agreement which was brokered in 2015 by France and Germany there was 13 points that needed to be implemented which haven’t been done by Ukraine and the separatist that annexed Crimea. The separatists who are not Russia but Russian backed believe that one of the 13 points gains them a seat in the Ukrainian Parliament, which means they would have a veto to stop all Ukrainian foreign policies, one being a full membership of NATO Ukraine dispute this as they see NATO as the only real defence from Russian aggression now and in the future. It’s all pretty complicated and the French and Germans have pretty much fucked up by allowing to many of the points to be construed differently by both sides. But instead of backing Ukraine in there interpretation of the agreement they are backing the separatists and the Russians by saying after the meeting with Putin that they need to implement Minsk11 fully giving power to the Russians to control Ukrainian foreign policies, the Ukrainians said no were are an independent country and won’t give up political control of their country.
  2. He’s always going to be an Everton supporter he was born that way, but my post wasn’t a slight on him it was to say to those who think he would be a good cheap bit part player, not to be to confident he will be happy with that he will be on a free and get offered or see a better future elsewhere.
  3. He might do all the things you said and hopefully will, but I was responding to all the posts above mine who thought he could be a cheap option as a squad player, and I’m saying I don’t think he will see it that way he knows he can be successful and be more than a bit part player on reduced wages.
  4. Well he loved his time in Germany and didn’t want to come back, but the club wouldn’t accept another loan deal but set a fee which they couldn’t afford. If we was talking Davies I’d definitely agree he has refused loan deals in the past preferring to stay and fight for his place.
  5. What makes everyone so confident he will accept a new contract on much less wages than others and play second fiddle as well, he could quite easily go on a free back to Germany with a signing on fee a greater chance of playing every week, and a decent contract as well.
  6. And some want to drop him next game if Gray is fit
  7. I’m not to concerned having heard today the Germans have offered to donate 500 helmets to help Ukrainian fight the Russians off, absolute piss takers that will be seen as show of weakness to the Russians when the rest of Europe should be standing strong and defiant and sending troops into the Ukraine in there tens of thousands as the Russians have done in Belarus. I’m convinced with Putin you have to fight fire with fire it’s the only sort of language he understands.
  8. Completely agree, On a scale of 1-10 and 1 being the scruffiest and 10 being the smartest, how would you say you was dressed when writing that post.
  9. We have to trust the manager to make the right decisions, when it comes to the MF and wide areas he’s going to be spoilt for choice and the bench will be full of quality, how often have we been able to say that in the last few seasons.
  10. He went out for the warm up and he apparently felt ill, something tells me the booing of both sets of supporters may have had a lot to do with his sudden illness, or he might have cat flu.
  11. Who you calling uneducated you put red wine in the fridge, I rest my case
  12. I think that’s what I’ve said about the performance from all the players in front of them, but I'm also saying we won’t be that dominant in all games going forward, and that’s when you need your CBs to step up, and ours seem incapable of doing that under pressure.
  13. An easy game for our CBs due to pressing and good ball retention and the fact Leeds didn’t have much to offer in the final third, we will see them have a lot harder games before the season is finished and the same old weaknesses will be exposed again. I still think we need a complete overhaul of our CBs next transfer window.
  14. He took his opportunity when it was given, he had a clean slate under Lampard and everything to prove with no doubts hanging over him, let’s hope this wasn’t one of his good performances which we’ve had in the past and now we’ve got ten poor to follow.
  15. Lampard gave massive credit to the fans for their part in this win, I would say he’s never felt the power that is Goodison anywhere in his career before.
  16. And score the first 2 goals.
  17. I went for DVB for me he was the difference the team needed, the most complete MF performance we’ve seen for so long I can’t remember the last. I love games like this where the votes are spread around it shows it was a proper team performance.
  18. Made us tick a master class in MF play, I hope Goodison has touched him and he sticks a transfer request in.
  19. VDB is sublime what a player love him.
  20. Did have tickets but unfortunately can’t make it, gave them to my boy who’s an Everton fan and his lad who is a Chelsea fan, thinking Chelsea hate Leeds but he’s 21 and doesn’t know about the rivalry of the late 60s early 70s but has promised to cheer us on. As Dunc has highlighted every one there as a duty to push the team over the line, good luck lad’s and keep singing they need you.
