It's great to have players who put effort in and run for the team but they have to do it with purpose and structure, not like a headless chicken which Gana is constantly guilty of, he's a complete negative in the team constantly Jay walking, missed timed tackles in areas which hurt us, can't read the game pretty poor really.
Now Davies is a everything he isn'tt he knows when to go when to stay doesn't allow players to ghost past him, and leads by example at a young age which I find inspiring.

Gana was headless because that's how he is not because he was trying to cover for players around him, he doesn't have a clue about covering he's just a poor player who wouldn't get into any other team in this league.

What pissed me off with his post match interview was the excuses, he openly said he copied the Swansea set up and tactics and then blamed the players for not executing them properly, for openly saying that he should be sacked, we are not Swansea there manager is far superior than him and he's paid 6M a year to come up with his own tactics based on the players at this club not mimic others, fuck me we can all do that look at a replay of a team that won last week then tell the players that's what you've got to do, simple this management lark just play like Man City. Moshiri put the cheque in the post please.

The position this club finds itself in must lie squarely at the feet  of Moshiri and Kenwright only they can make the decisions to change things and there is the problem.
Firstly Kenwright who always said for years that he was waiting for the right person to take this club forward before selling sold us down the river with Moshiri, he could have found a multitude of people with money, what he needed to do was sell to someone who had a modicum of a idea of how to run a club, in Moshiri he failed.
Moshiri in two years has managed to make us the worst team in the league by making a host of decisions that are beyond his knowledge and capabilities, firstly before he took control he orchestrated the sacking of Martinez and the hiring of Walsh and Koeman, regardless of what people thought of Martinez he should have given him a minimum of six months to do something with a bit of money.
Secondly after it was obvious to most that Koeman wasn't the right man for the job, he still allowed him and Walsh to buy players, the cost of the players isn'tt a problem after all the one thing he's got is money, it's the fact that he sanctioned the buying by a manager who didn't know what he was trying to create with no evidence of a style of play or improvement, then he sacks Koeman with out a plan, to me this proves he reacted to fan pressure and not a conscious decision that was planned with a manager in the waiting, so we end up with Unsworth who was thrown in at the deep end for a prolonged period because he hadn't done his homework.
The hatrick of Blunders is the acquisition of Allardyce and the continued employment of Walsh, he obviously can't see that he isn'tt the right person to make the big decisions, so Kenwright needs to tell him to keep out of team  decisions and concentrate on the commercial side of the business, if this doesn't happen we have years of poor times a head of us going from one catastrophe to the next, unless we are lucky enough for someone to come in and buy him out.

We have bought some really good players this and last season in Gylfi, Klaassen, Rooney, Vlasic, Keane, Pickford, Bolasie, Schneiderlin, Lookman and recently Tosun and Walcott, what we have lacked  is a manager who knows how to get a group of players that have,  and have shown good ability and no how to play as a team, when you look at them names and the handful of good players that were already here we should be playing decent football, it's no use just to keep on buying good players and handing them to managers who don't and can't set out a system that good players revel in, if we get a half decent manager who wants to play passing football we'd see the true talents of the players we've got, until then we will continue to struggle know matter how much money we spend.

I don't know mate seems like out of the frying pan and into the fire by switching Kenny there, he probably wouldn't fair much better than Cuco, the board need to get us a natural LB and a natural left footed wide man, let's be honest it's not rocket science we've all on here known this for a couple of seasons now, how they haven't made it a priority has bemused me.

He's floundering and waffling now if you're good enough your old enough, ask Alan Hansen you just need as a manager the balls to do it Lookman turned the game round against Liverpool and his reward back to U23s, that isn'tt nurturing young players that's hurting them.
