What was Sandro? I don't think we ever saw enough of him to know where he was best suited, on the times we saw him on the field last year he looked like a head less chicken, a bit like Niasse, but no ability to find the back of the net. as for the squad, I'm OK with it and would like to see the U23,s used if needed rather than having a bloated squad of players who aren't good enough ( Martina, Klaasen, Williams spring to mind ) and it's a certainty that we will add in the Jan window as Marco and Marcel with had half a season to see the squad and how it has gelled, which so far after 3 PL games is looking good.

I'm with you on this Shukes, also I think he was a great team player with loads of passion for the club, and also does loads of good work for less privileged kids, such as giving his used boots away to teams in his home town. ( Think it's his home town, either way a few of the prima donnas in the game should follow suit and do more IMO)

Well said Finn, I'd also suggest that a season ticket holder who can't make it would be able put them on stub hub at a fair price and let Shaunliam know when they are posted so he can buy them. FWIW Ive had to sell mine and wiggy juniors tickets for Southampton and Huddersfield games as we were away, put them at club face value, wasn't interested in making a mark up, wanted some else to be able to get to the game.

Richarlison is going to be targeted by every team this season, he needs to learn how to deal with it, or we will be playing with 10 men regularly and missing him through suspension. Is there any chance it could be rescinded to a yellow and no suspension?

Thanks for posting the twitter video, i missed the match as we're away, but I don't think we ever saw the ball moved with such confidence at any point last season, regardless of people's opinions on individual players, we are clearly playing with attacking football confidence and as a team. That I can live with after the dross of last season.

Very true, I think he's the sort of lad who will dig in and do everything he can to improve and change that, as others have said, he has a chance to learn his craft under Marco, who seems to be developing a great team sport and ethics, which is completely different to this time last year and for the rest of the season.

Happy he's gone, never was going to be good enough to wear our shirt. ive never seen a player tackle or head a ball so unorthodoxly, watching him week in week out was tortour, and he caused the team to be completely unbalanced as anyone playing in front of him was petrified he'd make a mistake and they needed to hang back to cover him.
