Definitely Brentford, it’s down as a Sunday game atm, the guy who sits next to me lives in Kent and has a 6 hours trip each way, he doesn’t usually make it to Sunday or midweek games, he’s not sold his ticket on in the last three season, but there must be others in a similar position

Gave my vote to Gray, purely for his determination in winning a lost cause and creating the opportunity for the goal. Big team performance from all, Godfrey looked fitter, Gordon improved as the game went on, Rondon was a pain to play against in the latter stages, as many have said we look like a team now vs last season, maybe man of the year should go to Ancelotti for fucking off!

Tough on us to be going in one down, we’ve not been outplayed, and need to do more of the same and try not to get our shots blocked!

Haf is spot on, I doubt Rafa would have thought that he would loose Dom so early on and need to bring Rondon in until he nearer match fitness. After the debacle with James and his reluctance to play if it was a bit cold/windy/rainy/anyotherloadofoldbollocks this lad is taking one for the team when not match fit. It was laughable at times yesterday watching him lumber about and at one point throttle a Norwich players neck, things can only get better, a goal would do him the world of good confidence wise.

Doucoure all over the pitch and closed the game out when it was needed.

Agree 100% and I think this move highlights how little he is prepared to put effort in, he will probably cruise about spraying worldie passes because there’s going to be very little pressure on him. I don’t see the Colombian manager being impressed with his apparent lack of ambition.

Is this game being broadcast anywhere, I paid for the Carabao fed last season, it kept freezing and logging out, missed every goal on the West Ham game, so an alternative would be nice.

My biggest issue now is that he didn’t agree to move on during the transfer window, giving us some freedom to bring in other players by getting his wages off our books. I’ll be disappointed not to have seen him the flesh at least once, but I want players who are here for the club and put the effort in, they may not be as skilfull but they won’t take the piss.

Good, bad or indifferent, we all have our own assessment of him, however the one thing that he is doing is having shots at goal which we’ve not been doing enough of the past few season. I’d much rather have a crack at goal than pass across the defence/midfield, who knows, we might score every now and then!

He didn’t look match fit on Monday, neither did Godfrey, which was as expected for both of them. Another week of fitness training will get them both in a better place. Salomon will be a tough player to play against, similar to Dom.

I said to my lad about 3 minutes before that he should be pulled for Iwobi, how wrong can we be! I’d much rather see him than Bernard, Bolassie, Walcott and Lookman who all had their chance before him.

He did, he gave them some like for like treatment as well, I loved it when Wood went down after a slight brush of the hand on his head.
