  1. Welcome to Everton Sean Dyche. Even though you have a head that looks like a giant ginger bollock, you still have my full support.
  2. I like Gomes and wish him every success with his loan move; with a bit of luck he'll get himself permanent deal.
  3. Hopefully, DCL has found some peace and mental stability in his life and is now able to move forward positively with his career, as well as enjoying his hobbies.
  4. It's the right decision not to offer Delph a new deal, in fact he should never have been signed in the first place; we already had a younger injury prone Mo Besic who could play a similar role on the physio table. That said, Delph did play well in a few games towards the end of this season. He also gave us that entertaining performance earlier on in his Everton career when he called the rest of our players 'shit' then scored an own goal. Good luck for the future Fabian.
  5. To be honest, I like Gray and would prefer it if we didn't sell him, but if Newcastle were to put a decent offer on the table I can't see it being turned down.
  6. Rondon is 33 in September, I'd imagine he'll only have a couple of seasons, or so, left in him. Real Mallorca would be a good move if he can get it. Best of luck to the guy.
  7. Broadhead is not going to command any playing time with us. If we can get a fee for him and he gets to play regularly elsewhere, then I think that will be best for all concerned.
  8. Unfortunately Yerry Mina is too much of a gamble when it comes to his fitness/injuries. Unless the club and player can agree on a deal that takes this into account, I think it would be better to try and move him on.
  9. I'd expect Alli to step up and show himself to be a key influential player for us next season if he's earning the rumoured 100k per week.
  10. I'm hoping Doucouré has good a pre-season and then goes on to have a very good 22/23 with us. But, to be honest, if he was to be sold in the summer, I don't think I'd be that disappointed.
  11. I'd be more than happy for Holgate to remain at Everton if he can iron out his faults and continue to improve.
  12. I like Townsend and hope he makes a full recovery for us as I feel he still has a lot to offer.
  13. I expected more from Alli in the Arsenal game, but to be honest I expected more from the whole team.
  14. I've never liked him, although I guess not liking the person and not liking manager are two different things.
  15. Even though I want us to take all 3 pts from the Arsenal match, it's a nice to be going into a game without that desperate 'must win' feeling for a change.
  16. I found it hard keeping it down to 5 if I'm honest. Henderson Mané Fernandes Pogba Jonjo Shelvey
  17. Because of his work rate, ability, and versatility, Iwobi has become such an asset to Everton. In the past, there were flashes of how good he can be, now he's producing the goods on a more consistent basis. Hopefully he will continue to do so.
  18. Well done to Dele Alli. Considering the lack of game time he's had for us it was a massive ask at 0-2 down to have him play the 2nd half and influence the match in such a positive way. Palace didn't know what had hit them.
  19. It's going to be interesting to see who Lampard brings in and who he (tries) to offload during the summer. A bit of patience and time will be needed for him to build the squad he wants and to implement his 'system' and playing style.
