In the past you’d know they’d just shut up shop and hope they could keep India at bay for as long possible but that they would eventually get blown away and lose heavily. Now you know that they’re going to come out and go for it tomorrow. They may still lose but they believe they can win.

If we'd had him while Doucs has been missing I don't think we'd be on such a poor run of form. His energy is massive for us.

They probably won't win but they were very competitive restricting India in the second innings. Hartley and Ahmed were great.
They need an exceptional innings from someone. Pope and Root will be key, I think.

That’s not an easy read. I’ve nothing but respect for Dwight, managing to play on while he’s had that going on. Probably some of his best games for us too. 
Hope Megan makes a healthy recovery. 
It’s easy to forget just how young he is too, the pair of them are just kids really. I couldn’t have dealt with that at 24.

Palfy - the club has been run shambolically to the point we sold Richarlison and Gordon to bring ourselves under what we understood was the threshold.
the fact is the epl changed the categorisation of the interest charges mid way through the year.   We were found guilty but they abused process. 
 
we've already snapped a branch off a tree for them to beat us with as they had us on special measures. We don't need to say we were guilty when they abused process

I think what I've most enjoyed about it all is the way Indian fans got all cocky after the batting innings and have been desperate to have reason to ridicule 'Bazzball'... now they're just crying .
Incidentally, I find how many people are angry about Bazball a bit bizarre. Not once have England or their staff said that's what we're playing (they've been at pains to distance themselves from that label if anything) and yet it's the ones that have actually coined the phrase that are the most offended by it .
