An example being the delight and speed you took to putting a post on your doom mongering thread when we went out against Arsenal - as I said before hand, you were in a win win situation:- we win and get into the semi's, or we lose and you get to post possible them most infuriating smug "look at me aren't I clever" post that has no place on an Everton forum from a supposed fan.

64 points then if history prevails in every fixture. Moyes' highest points total was 65 I think, so that would be pretty good really for a season of transition. I'm still hopeful of averaging 2 points per game and finishing with 70 fingers crossed!

Don't rate Wilshire, he goes down too easily which you don't want in a midfielder. Barkley is better and should play in the heat and humidity of Brazil. Lampard is too old for the conditions. Don't know how Cleverly gets in, can't understand how he gets in the Man U squad let alone England. Don't think we'll get beyond the qualifying group stage.

Considering a first season under a new manager, new players and playing a completely different style of football, then yes I would have taken 7th you complete and utter spade!

I'd have him on a free and nothing more. I don't want to spend a single penny on him when we won't have much to spend and he'll spend more time getting felt up by our physio than on the pitch.

So undecided as to whether Remy is worth the gamble. I think he is a quality player though.

His consistency is his biggest downfall as pointed out above. Like Cornish said, consistency is a big part of quality. It's alright to be boss once every few weeks but nobody is ever going to consider him a real top quality player unless he does it more consistently.
