Tom Davies probably warrants a place on the bench but apart from that Koeman is spot on , the youngsters aren't ready yet
You only need to look at the performances of Kieran Dowell for proof of that . He's the star player for the under 23s but looks completely lost playing for the first team
 
 

Martinez had a much better base to work with. We finished 6th under Moyes and played some great stuff that season

Niasse' attitude is commendable and he deserves praise for that , however the point is that he is absolutely shite and is nowhere near the level he needs to be at to play in the Premiership
I really don't understand some people on this forum , it's ok to write off a manager ,who has a proven track record in the Premiership, after 10 games but then want to give another chance to a player who has looked like a drunken 6 year old trying to play against fully grown men in every game he has had in the Premiership

In both seasons he was there he had to sell his best players and so had to totally rebuild his side not once but twice
To finish both seasons qualifying for Europe is an incredible achievement

You can judge a manager or player after one match, just as long as you accept you are judging them on one match....
Otherwise we could never comment that someone had a good game.
 
My opinion on Ron, is that, after 13 games h has been disappointing and made some bad decisions. He has also made a mistake in not letting youth have a chance.

Oh, come on. It's not Koeman's fault that we have shit players. It's so obvious we can't go much further with the current squad. It wasn't his fault either that we failed every single transfer he wanted in the summer. Those we got are panic buys to cover some holes in the squad depth. There is no improvement from last year, so basically he has a mid table team at his disposal, and you expect miracles? None gonna happen.

Don't think he was in Mourinos plans until they lost a few games, he came in, took his chance and is still getting picked.

Ross is way to good for our team, be fair and let him go.

He does close down and he is aggressive, can't dispute that.
His stand out moment in an Everton shirt for me was against Spurs, he attempts a 20-30 yard pass. It how straight to a white shirt, he chases down the man with the ball with real aggression, puts in a brilliant tackle to win the ball back. He turns to play a short pass, for straight to another white shirt. It typified him in that minute for me.
 
Can't fault his attitude, but lacks a lot of quality for me.
