He'll fare very well because he'll be in an elite team playing against crap most weeks; it'll tell us nothing about how good he was/could have been for us. Bailey
I have just watched the goals back again and fuck me that defending is as bad and unorganised as it has been at any point this season. Cuco must have 5 -10 yards deeper than anyone else on 3 or 4 occasions. Jags was going walkies on at least 2 of the goals. On the 2nd goal where Kenny and Holgate didn't cover themselves in glory, we would have been fine had Cuco not been 5 yards deeper than Jags who had taken a really good position to keep Kane offside. The 3rd goal Holgate loses Kane, not good enough. The defensive line is fuckin dreadful though. All over the place. The 4th goal Jags is caught miles up the pitch again and from thereon Holgate and Kenny are trying to cover but unsurprisingly there is a spare man. There was a couple of other chances, when they hit the post, where again Cuco was 10 yards too deep, the other 3 were then running back towards their own goal, and even then Alli was able to get to the rebound because what looked like Gana put on the brakes instead of following him in (It might not have been Gana, signal was iffy on the train and it was a process of elimination). Williams must start the next game, not only is he our best experienced CB we have but he is also the best organiser.
Bailey
Another shocker from this match from Allardyces point of view is why we didnt play with a single pivot? Kane always drops deep, the midfield move forward between the lines and we essentially leave that gap there for them to thrive. It's the reason why Jags tries to follow him and going out of position. nyblue23 and Matt

The number of times I screamed watching him make runs in between Holgate and Jags...
