  1. Cause I'm skint rubes. Went looking at the store and 6 tall boys for 7 dollars or I could get 6 regular beers for 9. same percent alcohol but I got more quantity with Miller lite. I'm a cheap date Haf you think Stella is strong? Maybe they goose it up over there but that's some weak shit here in the states. Due yourself a favor and grab an IPA at 9.0% alcohol. 3 of those and you're a monkeys uncle
  2. Had a band rehearsal for these studio gigs I have this weekend with this Cuban duo from Miami. We were just passing around a bottle of rum. Delightful had a few Miller lite beers too, why not
  3. thought it was ben dover ? maybe it was mike hunt?
  4. agreed. let's put it to bed and concentrate on realistic targets.
  5. Well put mike. After further thought on it the first choice promises are a bit prima Donna.
  6. yep and i don't blame him for not coming. good try by roberto to get a top quality backup though, can't fault him either. we have seamus coleman who is a key player and top notch RB, i think it best to look for a veteran backup who knows his role or a real youngster prospect aged 18-20 who is okay with riding the pine for a few years.
  7. Good call bill I forgot about house of cards. I'd add that to my list, fantastic show and acting.
  8. sound like some late bloomers to me, not sure they are worth the risk. 22 year old defender sold for 500,000 pounds. so they'll want 2m if he goes. we already have enough young defenders i think. the foward is 23 and only has 2 goals and has started all the matches, doesn't sound very promising unless we need a spot filled on the u-21 bench.
  9. he's not that expensive. i think he could be had for 10-12m pounds. the exchange is very favorable 1.3 to 1 right now. he was sold for 6m euro plus add ons up to 8m euro. that's a mere 6.12m pounds, if they doubled their money at 12m they would be happy.
  10. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/2609763-javier-mascherano-handed-1-year-prison-sentence-for-tax-evasion?utm_source=cnn.com&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=editorial i've never understood how these guys get such shoddy accountants.

  12. honestly i think the starters can play both swansea and man city. the FA cup match agaisnt Carlisle will be a reserve side anyways so it's more like 2 matches in that time. if RM uses all 3 subs somewhat early against Swansea to rest Romelu, Gerry, and Mirallas our 3 speed players, they should be fresh enough for Man City.

  14. mike i just watched the martian last night. worth my 5 bucks to rent it, but yes some dodgy science in there.
  15. great that we are back in it. a little concerning that newcastle is above us and west ham right behind us, once that new stadium goes into effect i imagine they will surprise us quickly.
  16. sounds very promising. can play across the whole front line which is nice too.
  17. great news, i hope they win the cup!
  18. i'll watch on a stream. i just mean that if it's on TV it will be streamed somewhere. when it's not then i have to listen to the radio feed.
  19. and in your personal opinion which one was/is the best of the lot?
  20. Worth a shot steve. Ter Stegen is one of the top young keepers in the world though, not sure how attractive we are to him without Europe. Plus his wages are probably massive.
  21. a beautiful very soulful cover of a beatles tune https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWLuBRObYbA
  22. damn ter stegen is a beast between the sticks. lol well done klopp mignolet is shit glad you realized quickly (well actually not that glad )
