  1. I’d of thought if we’ll sell it will reduce our debts I think it’s probably going to happen, if it does we should be able to pick up a decent prospect as Jordan was, for half of what we get for him.
  2. He grew into the game really well IMO, Mitoma started very bright ans was winning that battle, it evened out as the game went on, with Mitoma becoming less effective , he will benefit from that game knowing he kept one of the more dynamic wingers quiet. Credit to Iwobi for assisting him also.
  3. Agreed, a bit of mentoring and competition would improve him, I thought he did well last night with a few errors thrown in.
  4. Absolutely Yet another one, really turns up when it’s needed.
  5. Dyche needs some credit for the way he has managed DC! back to fitness and into the side, he resisted the urge to rush him back and risk further injury.
  6. I think Dyche needs credit on the way he has managed him back to fitness and not rushed him in, which has been so harmful to his last two seasons, and to DCL himself for keeping his head and motivation.
  7. Not really, I think we could get a point from that game, their true focus will be on the 2nd Madrid game next Wednesday.
  8. McNeil, a player we all slated until Dyche came on board. McNeil was outstanding tonight, both going forward and defending, he’s been our Richy in the run in. Pickford, DCL, Doucs all close runners, but overall a great team performance, City will be worried

Best I’ve seen us play for a long time, yes we’re counter attacking, it was expected against Brighton who usually play sharp incisive football. For me DCL is the main reason for being 3 up, he brings so much to the team in his hold up play and bringing others in to the game, and tracking back, he won one ball close to the edge of our box, no other CF we have would do that. Keep it tight and continue to hit on the counter.
  10. I’m not sure if it on here, but I was aware of rumours, I took it as that, just a rumour, watching his play he always gives his all.
  11. I’m amazed and incredibly happy after seeing how his leg buckled. Our leader continues to lead from the front
  12. This is probably true, this window and next at least, he needs to put in a season where he’s fit for the best part before his worth rises again.
  13. Both keepers were key in that result, Pickford for the penalty save, Iverson made 3-4 vital saves preventing us scoring more, including the one from DCL, who had hit it in the opposite way the keeper was moving, it just caught his foot unfortunately, I have it down as a good save.
  14. Gutted for him, he may well have been past his best, But he’s been our best full back this season, and cares more about Everton than anyone else in the squad. Seeing him clap his team to encourage them while being carried off with a possible career ending injury shows the size and class of the man, I really hope it’s not as bad as it looked for him.
  15. Pickford for keeping us in the game at 2-1. Good showing again from McNeil and Garner
  16. If it’s possible it should be done 100%
  17. When he came here he had potential, unfortunately it has developed, possibly due to Covid, and multiple managers every 6 months, his value will be low at the moment, nothing to lose and see if he can realise some of the potential, incisive passing will no ben seen though.
  18. Sorry it was me, purely in jest hoping to get a laugh as we all needed one,” I’ll get me coat”
  19. I thought we started really well, I asked my son where has this team been hiding for the past few weeks we looked really good, but once again we put every shot straight down the middle of the goal in to the keepers arms, they score with their first shot on target and we loose our composure, grab an equaliser only to be scratched off. Godfrey started badly and got progressively worse, he should have been taken off for his own sake, never mind the teams. I understand Dyche holding out with no other changes at 0-1, but as soon as it went to 0-2 changes were needed. It was a game many didn’t expect a result, it’s not easy to do, but let’s get over it and hope for a couple of wins at least from the next 5 games, let’s preserve our status and sort ourselves out in the summer.
