I would never have stopped going to training to try and force through the move, and then I wouldn’t have been cheeky enough to not want to hand in a transfer request all so I didn’t miss out on a loyalty bonus. Oh the irony.
Not got a single problem with him leaving, there are plenty of players that have left us that I wish well, it's how he went about it and why I will wish nothing but failure on the little cunt.

Well he is a red shite.
He's also a gobshite so as soon as someone bigger than the barcodes flashes their knickers at him he'll be pushing for a move.

This is getting a tad too ridiculous for me, lads. Things are really not just black and white, especially not in this club where there has been various fronts to fight. And still is cos at this point we're certainly not sure what is going to happen.
Noone is bigger than the club. No player, no manager, no owner, no coach, no supporter, no scout etc. And to make things run all these involved have to work together, even if it can be quite painful to witness at times. Every damn club goes through this.
No matter what happened or what what is going to happen there will be issues to deal with. Not everything is in the club's hands to control at this point.
Things could have been worse ot better for season 23/24, but just to repeat myself, "Thank some god we don't have to play in The Championship". I think that's the most important obstacle we have cleared.
We need to get that ownership crap cleared first as soon as possible. Only then we can begin to work further forward towards a hopefully brighter future for the club.
Dyche did what his label says for us. Period. Whether he shall continue to manage the team depends on what kind of ownership we get. Everything else is purely speculation.

I said he's not without fault and is nowhere near perfect, not one person on this forum is making him out to be the best thing since sliced bread or the greatest manager to grace the club, but what most people are doing is giving the bloke the fair degree of the credit he deserves for what he has managed to acheive at this sorry state of a club (at this time) this season. A few managers have shown its not easy getting mid table form out of this team or club recently, so to me he has steadied the footballing ship somewhat - and good for him and good for us for doing so.
I am not doing cartwheels when we win a game or three on the bounce, but neither am I still pawing over a 14 game winless run. Nobodies 'pretending' the 14 games run has nothing to do with him. Everything has something to do with him, from not winning in 14 games on the run and losing 4-0 to Villa and 6-0 to Chelsea through to having one of the overall best defensive records in the league, convincingly beating Liverpool and winning 48 points. The expected ups and downs and highs and low of being a bang average club (which is being generouse of where this club currently is!!)
If you can find anywhere on this forum where anybody has made out 'the man can do no wrong' it will suprise me. What I am reading is that most people are giving him a fair assessment of what has been acheived this season as a whole.
Most people are only pushing out particulaly 'positive' comments or arguements as an antidote to the very unbalanced views that comes Dyches way from yourself and a couple of other.

I make some really nice spreadsheets. So find me a role to do with that. The staff who work for me think I’m a good boss, I suspect it’s because I always buy the drinks when we go out.
So I’ll be chief drinks buyer and spreadsheet maker.

No way to prove it and as good as I think he is, he's not worth 23 points a season (yet).
No doubt he was key but to say we'd have been relegated without is quite harsh on the orhers that contributed to this defensive record.

I don't imagine that when God (or whoever you believe in) created this beautiful, succulent crunchy minute cabbagy thing, he thought, "That's one of my better veggies, hopefully these new humans I've constructed will boil the shit out of them!"
I've never tried a fried one, can't be much better; sounds like a waste of bacon to me

This is my personal view on Dyche's perfomance for season 23/24. And what I think could happen for season 24/25.
Overall, and I really mean overall despite a much too long run without wins and piss poor football, he did what was expected of him; keeping us in top flight and trying to create some sort of stability. More on that later. Beating The Shite was a much welcomed bonus.

Noone is going to claim that Dyche is a top manager, not even a ginger Guardiola, dunlopp, you twat. Dyche, to me, did what he was able to do and I thank him and the players for that. God forbid we should play in The Championship.
I think it's quite clear that we still have stability issues, but there will always be things that needs adjusting etc. Thing is though, our stability issues are a bit more than just the players, coaches and the manager getting it right. It's the whole club and it goes back much further than some of you are willing to admit. Rotten boardmembers, questionable decisions and a disillusioned owner who should never have been one in the first place. Things that have hurt our club and hearts and that we now pay and have paid for.

Stability is often a somewhat slow process because other factors play in, and then there are the things you just can't control as a manager or player like point deductions and uncertainty about availible funds to strengthen the squad. And on top on that there's the whole 777 Partners charade. Can only say I was very pleased not to see Josh Wander's stupid face and baseball cap when we played (and won) Sheff. Utd.
Fuck me, we've been through a lot and it's not over yet.
The big question for season 24/25 is ownership and how much we're able/allowed to spend on transfers and contracts. If we're able to get a solid owner I think we should thank Dyche for his work and look for another manager. If we're not then I think we should keep Dyche unless there are better options till things have changed for the better and that we can afford it.
I'm no fan of Dyche-ball when you don't have the team for it and sometimes it really hurts me to see how ugly and boring we can be because of that. 40 points is really not good, 48 points is under the circumstances ok. What a weird season where 30 points would've been enough, eh. Thank some god it's over.

Yesterday was certainly a CV of him. First half utterly useless, flopping about, lots of pointing... 2nd half he was the player we want him to be as a minimum.
He needs to be first out the door. Seems like a good kid who wants to do the right thing with people but he's so inconsistent and half hearted in our team.

Good job we didn't sack him though eh? 5-1-1 record since we/he stopped the rot, five home wins on the bounce without conceding a goal; I don't think there are many managers who we could've got that could've achieved that.
Kudos to the interim board for keeping the faith, and not taking the easy option.

Without the points deduction drama and if the wins had been more evenly distributed throughout the season, woulda been fairly tolerable and a nice change from the last few years where we were actually just crap and could've dropped.
