I really don’t get the Dyche calls at all. I don’t want him appointed. The only way I’d be happy him getting the job is if it was a straight choice between him and big Sam. He relegated Burnley twice (I’m counting last season) and other than (7th and 10th) his average premier league position is 15th (rounded up). He’s no certainty for our survival.

Another day and we hit another rock bottom. 

I stayed behind after the game and from what I witnessed it was peaceful and  vociferous inside the ground. However, a number left quite quickly and when I was leaving I heard a number of youngsters shouting let’s block the road. On getting home I see what transpired. I will say it was obvious they were looking for trouble. There actions don’t help one bit.

And he offers less of an attacking threat than Jordan fucking Pickford. Ands the less said about his corners and free-kicks the better.

Iwobi - Is it too late to rescind that 100K a week contract offer?

DCL - Fucking ridiculous that he got booed when he was subbed off. He had nothing to work with. Absolutely fuck all. 

Just got home. It was horrendous! I can’t disagree with any of the above. I was one of the stupid few that stayed to the end. We can’t afford to go down but the feeling I got inside the stadium today was like nothing I’d experienced all last season. Apathy, realisation, inevitability, predictability and just numbness to it all. No one was really angry after. No hostile arguing amongst our own fans, no bins being punched, nor even that much shouting at the players who walked down the tunnel without acknowledging the crowd. It felt like a wake. I don’t think there will be the appetite and enthusiasm to drag the team over the line again. 

Well at least I can enjoy this evening for once.

I’ve been on a couple but logged in yesterday to hear a very long and angry rant about his season ticket, something about him going to prison and his son. I logged out and went back 10 mins later ms it was the same person still going Maybe I got unlucky with my timing but there was an audience of nearly a thousand people which completely shocked me.
