If he stays fit, Ings will score goals. Not quite sure how they will fit him and Watkins into the same side without weakening one of their games.
Good coaches will get the best of both

I enjoyed the first 40 seconds. Until the screeching.

Flakiness. I think it’s a generational thing, where millennials (of which I am one) don’t understand the concept of “giving your word”. Their word is meaningless and not trustworthy. I was raised you only said something if you meant it.
Just don't get why people don't just say they can't be arsed or give an actual estimated time of arrival.

always think this but if you watch Messi he generally keeps things on his left but still manages to beat most defender
Remember Chelsea absolutely destroying him one game. Assume it was Ashely Cole, but can't remember who was left back, they kept playing him on his right and he had no answer. At one point he carried the ball all the way from the left to wing to the right, was embarrassing.

Surely they would have questioned Benetiz on James and what he wants to do with him. No way he gets the job if he hasn't sold them how he's gonna get the best out of our best player.
Fuck off that James, and get me Townsend and Gray. Agent Rafa

When they were at school or married or had kids or what, she’s having her own problems with that wag Vardy at the moment and doesn’t need Rooney sticking the boot in as well, Vardy must be rubbing her hands together at what’s unfolding in front of her. He’s obviously got no respect for himself but at least have some for your wife and kids there the ones who will suffer the most if the family breaks down, I would find it very hard to excuse him for actions no matter what Coleen as done. He needs protecting from himself but until he admits his failings to himself he will just carry on repeating the same shit. There are a few lads on here who know what it means to face your demons and address their problems and not hide behind token apologies. Sorry for banging on Pete but when you have kids you need to do better than he has shown over the years.
Man gets drunk and falls asleep, if he weren't famous it wouldn't even be news. Shame on the rags and the girls, and more so the girls parents who blame Rooney making out their kids are victims.
He's gone out and had a few too many. Pretty sure most of us have done that at some point.

Pretty much common knowledge. There were videos back in the day.

Feel so sorry for his wife she can’t keep standing by him surely, and a couple of his lads are getting on now they don’t need to be dealing with this sort of shit in the playground, no matter how sorry he is he’s a selfish cunt in my opinion.
She's just as bad, well in her youth at least.

Pickford probably deserves it most but it's a bit wasted on the keeper as captains tend to get a bit more leeway from the refs.

I think Hummel have done a really good job of our kits on the whole.
Especially if you're including the training gear. Although I'm with Sparty regarding the home kit.

Watched too many Hollywood movies with stereotypical Englishmen methinks. Accents and colloquialisms can change in fifty miles over here, so much variance.
50!? You get different Scouse in the North and South of Liverpool. Then Lancashire on the outskirts which ranges from full wool to scouse, not including the weird mix in Runcorn. Posh Scouse in Cheshire, scally/want-a-be Scouse in Birkenhead, the other accent cunts have in Cheshire/the Wirral were they've purposely tried to dilute the Scouse. Then North Welsh, plus the hybrid the locals actually speak when people aren't around in North Wales. Think that's less than 20 miles. Tbf I'd even go as far as district to district.

I hated them even the tone of blue was all wrong!
My first kit so knew no better/nostalgia bias.

think Godfrey needs to grow as a leader. He doesn't command the back line enough as it is, let alone the rest of the side.
Agree.
For me he was the least best at centre half last season. Lots of aggression but still wet behind the ears. Potential to be better than the other three but he's not there yet, nevermind Captain.

Exactly what I thought, plus the nightmare years of one2one!
I thought the same, similar to one to one, but I liked them kits.

There was no decision to make, as I said; speaker has no juristiction. It's a black/white situation, MPs aren't allowed by law to call other MPs liars in the house (even if they plainly are), had she allowed it she'd have been sacked the next day.
That could have been the big moment to get things changed.
It's absolutely absurd that politicians can't call out the lies. That needs changing. Judith Cummins could have gone down in history but chose to hide behind the rules.

Well so would I but that's not the world we live in. Laws should be respected, even stupid ones. Otherwise, laws are meaningless and the likes of the Torys get away with murder, even more than they do already.
That's the thing, it could be.
I don't know who could change things (I'd have liked Corbyn been given a go), but it won't be the likes of Starmer.
-
Just now, Matt said:
It's the law so there was. I know you're ultra left wing Pete, but Starmer has done the right thing here.
I'd prefer to do what's right than what's lawful.
Starmer is meant to be the opposition. He's the one who should have already been all over the lies.

He acknowledges the fact that the speaker did what she was legally obliged to do which is different from supporting her, she had no decision to make, she applied the rules as they stand.
There was no gun to their head to enforce it.
If you were in charge would you have made the same decision?
-

? He stands up for his MP and acknowledges the speakers position. Played it well in my opinion.
Undermines his MP by then supporting the speakers decision.
Like supporting a protest then saying the police are right to arrest you.
This government stinks.
