Are we all watching the same player... or talking about the same player?
Some of his best attributes are his technical skills, and he also has a couple of tricks to his sleeve. He is better at dribbling than our wingers. 
His shooting isn’t really that far off either. It’s far from poor. He try’s to find corners, which is a better chance of scoring. Anyone can hit a ball down the middle of the goal and hope for the best.... but your not gonna score gaols like that often.
we wanted him to begin to add goals to his game, and that’s what he is doing. Long way to go sure, but like I said.... on the right path.

DCL We could have a good player here, improving with every game. How well he played as a lone ranger, certainly let the big defenders know what he was all about and was a good out ball, Chesting and heading to hold the ball up.  Mention for Gana And Keane but DCL definitely earned his wages today, well done.

Thanks Pete. Your usual delusional opinion convinced me to vote for Gana as MoM, it was a toss up between him and DCL, I appreciate the help you provided making my mind up. 

I didn't see him get near a man never mind make a tackle in the first half. Barkley was left with acres of space and dominated the midfield on his own. Gomes looked like Schneiderlin at times, surrounded by opposition players and no one to pass too. Only ever get that problem playing next to you know who. 
Won us the game. Their manager is as lost as ours. Which follows your next point. Much like we lost against Newcastle thanks to the manager I think Chelsea fans will be feeling very similar to us last week. Weak manager isolated from the team and it showed. Agree done very little special to win that game. 
 
Only three poor clearances, one sloppy/lazy loss of possession in his own half waiting for the ball and the fan favourite even got groans for not turning when receiving the ball. The latter being a major problem in our all round play, stagnates the play and invites pressure. Add to that the shite passing as he has no control over weight of his passes, one unpressured pass sticks out as someone asked was that a shot or pass, funny thing is the power wasn't even the worst thing about the pass more that it bobbled at his teammates shins! 
This shit is every game. Don't care how much people appreciate his running but if you can't do the basics well you shouldn't be any where near the midfield.

Right let me say this I know there is a gana  fued on here with two posters I can’t remember who hates him and who doesn’t so I have no agenda but fuck me he is amazing at what he does. He ain’t Zidane but his energy and tackling are stupidly good. He needs piss testing. I really don’t know how you can criticise him. He is immaculate at what he does

We're so meh. Miracle we got through the first 10 minutes without conceding, the way we stand off is unbelievable and our defence is absolutely crying out for a leader. We also need to sacrifice one of the forwards and find 3 genuine all rounders in midfield. I wouldn't be taking up the option on Gomes.

Not much will change. I've said it a thousand times, our problems are far, far bigger than not replacing Lukaku.

We got lucky today. Another day and they'd have been 2 up in the first half. Second half sub Richarlison was a good move, moved the game in our favour but the following subs left a lot wanting.
