No. He's not 'World Class'. Neither are 99.9% of the world's Pro players. But he's been there for us throughout a revolving door of managers and players. He's been a mainstay from day 1. No one in any other outfield position has been.
Yes. He has his faults. He has his weaknesses. He has his frustrations. But, overall, he's been an absolute pleasure to have at this club.
I feel he may just be passing his peak this season. But what a find he has been!

Imagine if we actually looked like a better team against Huddersfield field though! Then surly the argument that Gana makes us awful would at least be able to be taken seriously! We grinded out a result which against almost any other team in the league we wouldn't have got. Nothing to do with the absence of Gana. 

I knew this post was coming. 

Today we'd have lost with him. Davies helped create the goal and was solid when we went down to 10 men holding the line in midfield and always giving an option. Whereas Gana offers feck all going forward and would've crumbled when we went down to 10 men as he can't hold position. Even if he doesn't go I'm still happy PSG come rocked the boat, we're 3 points better off for it at worst. 

It would be a shame to lose him as there are at least 10 players who we should lose before him...I forgot how much baggage we have in this squad.
But he's 29. If a good offer of £30 - £35mill comes in, fair play. So long as we can bring in a younger version of a player of similiar mould. Even better if we can do that for £7mill!!!
IF he has asked to go. Can't blame him. Probably last chance he'll get to play CL football and win cups.
