Ten Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 According to the Sunday Mirror ( ) Aresnal and Manchester United are circling around our Jags - http://1878theoriginals.com/the-15m-jag/ Can't see it myself and i think its more lazy journalism but here's a rumour Quote
troy8 Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2010/05/16/1926840/manchester-united-and-arsenal-set-to-fight-for-everton Don't think it will happen, plus if Lescott can be worth 24 Million, we should be demanding 30 + IMO for Jags, not the 15 being quoted. milky71 Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 15 mill would be hard to resist he is quality but coukld be replaced for a lot less Gary cahill is younger and available for 10mill Quote
Blue 250 Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 It's pretty obvious to all observers, be they Everton fans, or managers of Man utd, Chelsea or City, that Jagielka hasn't regained his pre-injury form. There's probably a good chance he will get back to his high standards and if he does, and if he wanted to leave then £15-£18 million is probably the starting price....unless City come in them I'm sure Moyes will be asking £23-£26 million We finished 8th.......all our good players will be linked with top 4 or mega rich teams, it's just something to fill the sports pages. Romey 1878 Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 City are coming in apparently http://www.caughtoffside.com/2010/05/16/manchester-city-plan-32m-everton-pair-bid-eastlands-boss-wants-to-bring-in-jagielka-and-rodwell/ Has Kenny taken up journalism? . If all the rumours this summer were true we'd barely have a team left! Quote

troy8 Posted May 16, 2010 Report Posted May 16, 2010 Manchester City are ready to offer as much as £32m for the pair. I'd be willing to offer a special price for City - 132 Million. Sounds about right, should be able to afford it Quote

I do wish other teams would sod off and stop poaching (or trying to at least) our best players. It is a testiment to what Moyes has done and a credit to the players who have proven themselves but dammit leave us alone! Quote
