MikeO
Just not scoring....loads of posession and "goal attempts" as a lot of times this seson but twelve goals in twelve games says it all.
carlmc25
thats what happens when we let shit teams hang around it's what happens when you 'rest' man of the match Coleman from the previous game and pick Saha ahead of Yakubu, even though Saha is the biggest bum in the premiership. Seriously, I am getting well hacked off with Moyes love affair with Saha, he is absolutely 100% bona fide rubbish. Heshould never play for us again. Once again Moyes makes crazy team selections and then fails to make substitutions until it is too late. 100% domination all match and somehow we manage to be behind and wait until the last 10 minutes to take off the totally ineffective Saha. GoodisonRoad
FUCKING YES! i've been thinking all night that we should just chance Beckford (atleast give him 45 mins) because we have had all the possession, created the chances, we needed just needed the finisher, and thats basically all Beckford does! Made up for the Lad, but we should be beating teams Like Bolton at home.

FairWooney
What a brilliant goal from Beckford! Well we deserved at least a point in that game, we dominated the game and while the first half we weren't good enough attacking the second half we created plenty and came close a few times, not good enough still but we looked dangerous and really they only had a couple of chances. Jagielka's mistake was disgraceful, doesn't make many mistakes but that was awful under really very little pressure in their half but as one of 2 defenders back for a corner you can't be fucking up in that position. Glad we kept our unbeaten run but we really needed to win that game and on the face of it we should have done. Fellaini's sending off also very dissapointing after a very good first game back from injury, looked like he hadn't been out at all and was as imposing a force in the middle and on the ball as ever. LexKing
Not happy. Not fucking happy at all. Pissed of Moysie, Jags, fellaini. Moysie for team and other decisions. Jags for being unconcentrated and sloppy with a terrible mistake. well felli, wtf was that. IDIOT. Let the team down. Yes we got late equaliser, it was all about Baines workmorale, nice finishing from Becks thought, IT WAS ABOUT TIME!!! Dunno what else to say, so disappointed atm. ANd why where Distin taking throw in when Baines had took em all so far? Thats why he was late also after jags error. He did play very well defensively whole game, didnt look to put a foot wrong, but why he were there, it werent even a quick throw in, strange. We keep letting those cheap/free goals for enemies... Evertonian_George
Fellaini on his first game back done well but what a silly boy 3 match ban now Billy 10 million Moyes needs to realise to play 2 upfront against those sort of teams at home

duncanmckenzieismagic
shite...coleman comes on looks dangerous so he shifts him back to right back instead of taking off arteta or felli...have a word moyes..shite, shite, shite Why would he take of Felli he was the best player on the pitch? Thought Moyes got the subs spot on it wasnt as if he asked Coleman to stop attacking Good old MOTD editing of the game strikes again. Would love to have seen Gary Cahills assault on Tim Cahill on the box again looked a stone wall pen at the time Edited November 11, 2010 by duncanmckenzieismagic
marcopaulo
because he has only just come back from a few weeks out and he is a defensive player..we should have pushed for the win so take off the defensive mid for a striker...no he didnt ask coleman to stop attacking but coleman had to be wary of what was behind him then and was nowhere near as effective
BrotherEstapol
Well I donno about you guys, but I think maybe Saha needs to have a stint in the reserves...

It makes no sense to take off your best player I honestly dont think it made a blind bit of difference to Colemans game because we were pushing forward so much anyway
Romey 1878
From reading posts on here and on other forums this morning it seems its the same old fucking story for us. Dominate the game, have a defensive howler, plenty of pretty football but it's far too slow (with Arteta once again at the heart of the slowness) and predictable and when we do manage to create a chance they fuck it up. When are we going to start varying our play? We always look to go down the wing. Is this because Arteta is only interested in passing off the responsibility to another player? He's in the centre of the field and I would love to see us cut through the middle of the opposition for a change, instead of this namby pamby shite Arteta is serving up week in week out. What's he so afraid of? We desperately need some pace in our attack. I don't even mean fast players (but that's a problem in itself for us). We need to play the ball with pace. Right now we're making 5 passes when only 2 are needed. That gives the opposition time to organise themselves, get every one back behind the ball. We've looked our most threatening when we've played quick, one or two touch football. I wasn't even at the game last night and I'm annoyed that we're not learning from our mistakes like I was there. Also, anyone got a clip of Beckford's goal?
