A tug-of-war between Fellaini and Donovan for me.

Fellaini looked composed on the ball and even though I think he has played well in recent matches this was an outstanding display from the Belgian. He took every ball that came to him and laid it off to one of our own in blue and despite two errors towards the end around the centre-circle that allowed Fulham to attack he did a real good job for us tonight.

Donovan looked pacey on the wing and looks like he's really coming into his own for us. I wish we could sign him on a permanant basis and his cross for Fellaini's goal was top class, if that had not of been spot on then we would be bickering about a return leg at Craven Cottage.

MOTM - Fellaini.

Felli, done everything right, don't know if its that he just keeps things simple or he's just that good it looks easy. Honourable mention for Donovan, if him and Felllaini play like this on Tuesday we should cruise it against city

Gueye was very hit and miss created alot of space but then has a brain fart what to do next, needs more games to have a better understanding of where about his team mates will be and what to do with the ball.

Gibson and Neville were both very wasteful, the last 10 mins Neville had me taring my hair out. The rest of the team done well.

Felli, same as everbody else.

Good assists by Donovan, and although a few are saying Neville was wasteful I thought for the most part he actually linked up fairly well with Donovan and looked to try and get forward a lot more.

Gibson for the most part was tidy, and again showed some decent touches.

Made up that El Traca got his goal too... although he got a bit excited after that and thought he could score from everywhere.
