Every player that goes out there plays for each other, that is obvious. Any time there's a scuffle they're all in there. Any time a player makes a mistake there's someone there trying to stop it from costing us. I am proud to watch this team and I am proud to support them from the stands. The football is easy to get behind as well - it might not always be pretty but it's always committed and committed football is something that gets you going. We've been roaring from the stands for a reason. I've just looked at the stats for this game and it's another one where we've had less than 30% possession, but it's another game where that stat surprises me because it didn't feel that way whatsoever. It was a little more uncomfortable than on Thursday but I didn't find myself too worried or shitting my pants. We did look a little tired but we were so organised and solid that I felt there was no way weren't at least getting a point from the game. Then it was just about if we could find the legs to get up the pitch and make a chance count. We did that. Twice. That's 9 of our stolen points back, lets get the rest against Burnley. It’s also the first time the Toffees have won consecutive home Premier League matches since February 2023. Sean Dyche put an end to a 10-match Premier League winless streak against Chelsea today, recording his first win against the Blues since August 2017.
