I don't, but I follow the league and they don't have marquee players. They don't really sign aging old stars like MLS or other leagues. It's mostly Mexican, and central and South American players who can't make it in Europe, so I don't get why they would be paid so highly, also the cost of living in Mexico is like 1/10 Europe, so they wouldn't need to pay a lot.

What's interesting to me as an American is that the championship is 8th. If I were a player it seems better to play there than first division in the smaller European countries. I'm surprised the Mexican league is that high up there and yet MLs isn't.

Yeah that's what I meant, hearts get auto, Rangers will win the playoffs. Ross county or partick thistle are second last in the SPL, and are very beatable. It will be interesting though, one has to wonder if Rangers don't go up this year if they will enter administration again and be knocked down leagues leading to their demise. Maybe they could sell the stadium?

I think hearts and Rangers will make it back, Stubbs hibs side will stay championship. Kennedy can come back and then get loaned to Dundee since we have that partnership with them. They're doing well in the SPL and would be good for him.

yep i've admitted it before, was dead wrong on eto'o. unfortunately we didn't sign any spainards that i was big upping (adrian who used to play with atletico, nolito, etc.) so i still have time to look more a fool.

Watch the Sunderland match mate, I think you might change your mind. All the Hollywood passes were gone, he could only pass 3 yards sideways or backwards, was gassed after 10 minutes on the pitch and for the last 60 minutes of the match was no where to be found. He's a liability in defense as well. Barry tackles hard and plays rough. Gibbo avoids tackling and didn't even look arsed to try and win the ball back. Worst player on the pitch for me.

I'm happy for him. They have a great squad and he should keep them up there. I actually think the style of football he plays will work well with the tiki taka over there. Park the bus and counter attack has done us in plenty of times this season and last. I'm sure after a couple good seasons he will be at Spurs, Newcastle or the bundeliga.

I think he will do similar to Moyes, get a CL qualification, have some up years some down. I do believe unlike Moyes he will get us a trophy though. Then he will be off in 5 years to someone else. I think he's a good manager, so was Moyes. I don't think he's the second coming of cruyff but I think he's good. Barely into the second year, let's give it a little time, impatient some of you, 5 year deal ain't even half through.

yeah we have some people upset over the draw (understandable) and some already packing it in for the season. we've still got 2/3 of a season to play and are top of the europa group and are playing our best football at the europa. too early to doom and gloom me think

I'd like to see Howard Coleman jags Distin Baines Besic Barkley McGeady Eto'o Osman Naismith/lukaku I think with all the injuries that's our best 11. Lukaku off the bench for now to get his confidence back and when he does drop naisy to the 10 and have eto'o impact sub.
